A Company's Water Purifier Leasing Management Process Risk Assessment

By the fluctuations of China's economic situation in recent years,business risks in management and morality are more complex and variety.The difficulty of risk management is also constantly increasing in leasing business.Under such circumstances,there is a management problem with any node in the enterprise lease management process,which may cause the risk control system of the entire leasing business to be invalid,resulting in incalculable economic losses.Therefore,based on the enterprise's leasing management process,risk management and risk control can be carried out in all aspects of the leasing business so as to ensure the smooth development of the leasing business.Risk assessment is the foundation of risk management and can provide evidence to improve the leasing management process.Company A is a supplier of water purification products and services.This paper takes A company's water purifier rental management process as the main research object,and analyzes the shortcomings and existing problems of the current risk assessment of the lease management process.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes a new method of risk assessment of PROI(Preference Ranking Organization methods for enrichment evaluations with Interaction).This method takes into account the correlation between risk assessment indicators and models the association between risk points in the lease management process.In addition,the PROI method has high flexibility and avoids the problem of adverse sequence in risk assessment.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Describe the current situation of water purifier leasing business of company A,and analyze the shortcomings and problems of evaluation methods for rent management process risk in company A.Analyze the key risk points of company A's water purifier lease management process by the flow chart method and Delphi method.Sorted out seven areas of potential risk points and to determine the object of risk assessment;based on the FMEA framework established leasing management process risk assessment index system.(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of Company A's current risk assessment method of lease management process,this paper constructs a PROI evaluation method based on 2 additive fuzzy measures,Choquet integral theory and PROMETHEE method.It also proves the relevant properties of this method and explains the rationality and the scientific nature of the method,and illustrates the application of the method in solving practical problems.The method is validated by an example and compared with the result of PROMETHEE method.The results show that the PROI method can avoid the situation of "virtual high" because it can consider the correlation between the indicators and make the evaluation result more scientific.(3)Using the PROI evaluation method,we evaluated and ranked the risk of 7 risk points in A company's water purifier leasing management process,identified the higher priority risk points,and Sensitivity analysis is done for the weight parameters in the PROI method.Finally,combining the matrix of risk response measures and the evaluation results,taking the installation management process as an example,this paper puts forward the idea and method of A company's water purifier lease management process improvement.
