The control of the turbine generator set is an important part of the entire power plant control.Modern steam turbines widely use digital electro-hydraulic control systems,and their control effect is of great significance to the power supply quality of the power grid and the safety,stability,and economic operation of the units.In this paper,the reheated steam turbine unit is taken as the research object,the dynamic and static characteristics of the regulating system in the steam turbine unit are explained in detail,and the logical case of the DEH control system is explained.The models of the main equipment in the unit,including electric-hydraulic conversion mechanism,electric-hydraulic actuator,turbine unit and generator power model,are established by mechanism analysis.The DEH control scheme was simulated in SIMULINK environment.Firstly,the controlled object model of each control loop is derived,the characteristics of DEH loop are analyzed,and the controller parameters of each sub-loop are set by genetic algorithm.Then,the optimal controller PID parameter is adopted to simulate the control system,observe the output of turbine unit speed and power under various disturbance signals,and explore the robustness of the system,and summarize the influence of the controlled object parameter changes on the system control effect.Finally,the primary frequency modulation of DEH control system is simulated,and the influence of the variation of speed inequality on the primary frequency modulation is discussed.The simulation results show that the simulation output curves of each part of the simulation process are consistent with the actual situation,and the rationality of the control system is verified.The steam turbine control system model,control strategy and parameter tuning and optimization method deduced in this paper have certain reference value,which is of practical significance for better modeling and simulation of steam turbine systems.
