This paper using the Genetic Algorithm as the optimizing algorithm. In thissimulation, take the twin clutch combination degree as the control variable, a dynamicadjust the volume of the combination of the low and the high clutch to control outputtorque, and all these situations are achieved by software Matlab under its enviorment ofsimulink part. There are also two important characters which are the friction power andthe impact allowance to evaluate whether the quality has been improvend by the newalgorithm. In the paper, when come to the problem how can the genes been choosen,with the clarification of this issue, the oringal genes are choosen by how the pressureand the time connected with some kind of cubic function. So, in this case, the veryoringal pressure curves can be got as the genes.Then the following crossover andmutation are easy to go, all these steps are served to make the better and quicker result.In the first pagers of this paper, the structure and the hydraulic system in theDual-Clutch transmission are described, also with the core part: the diaphragm spinghas been specificly decribed in this paper. This chapter decide how to get the veryoringal pressure curves.In the chapter of four, a basic algorithm has been presented: the Brute Force Attack,with the control of this algorithm, can we definely get the very optiminzing pressurecurve, but it demonds high quliaty of computer and it will take ennomus time that cannot be predicted. With this situation, a new and better intelligent algorithm: the GeneticAlgorithm has been used. It turns out in this paper that the results can be very ideal andimprovable. |
