| With the rapid development of science and technology,the scale of the system has rapidly expanded,the interrelationship of system functions has become closer,and the complexity of the system has increased.Functional analysis is one of the important links to realize system technology innovation.The traditional functional analysis methods mainly include two types: functional structure and functional model.Both methods are reductive.And the default total function or system of such a method is equal to the sum of sub-functions or subsystems,and cannot meet the requirements of complex system function analysis.On the other hand,computer-aided innovation software with TRIZ as the core is an important tool for enterprises to design innovative products.Computer-aided innovation software uses functional model as a functional analysis tool.It is good at analyzing problems existing in existing systems to achieve product innovation.When adding new functions or designing new products,functional model applications have certain limitations.In view of the above two problems,this paper proposes a new product design process model that integrates functional analysis with the Design-Centric Complexity.Through this process,a new product function model for complex systems can be obtained,and it can be applied to existing computeraided innovation software to improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation design.Firstly,the functional structure is established for the design of new products or products with new features added.By analyzing and comparing the difference and connection between the functional structure and the functional model building process,it is found that the functional model of the similar product can be used to find the original understanding of the functional element to transform the functional structure into the functional model;Secondly,the Design-Centric Complexity is used as the basis for the decomposition of complex system functions.Classify functions by complexity,reduce design process complexity through TRIZ transformations or by adding auxiliary function sets.And the preliminary functional model continues to use the Design-Centric Complexity to determine whether the system structure is coupled.Use the TRIZ tool to reduce coupling and get a new product functional model;Finally,taking the solar panel natural wind dust removal system as an example.Based on the research results,the final design of the solar panel natural wind dust removal device was obtained,and the scientific results of the research results were verified. |
