| In recent years, the domestic urban agglomeration has continued to develop and expand. The rail transit network between urban agglomerations is taking shape day by day.The traditional single network operation and management model can no longer meet the direct demand of complex and diverse passenger outbound OD.This article takes the intercity railway operated and managed separately by the intercity company as the research object.Firstly, the optimization model of the train plan for the passing train is constructed. Then study the effect of it and other lines after the transit operation, and compare and analyze the interests of both parties before and after the transit operation. Finally, the effect of rail-crossing under different passenger flow characteristics is analyzed.(1)Analyze the status of the 30 domestic intercity railway lines and the current status of operation, the operation and management unit of the intercity railway and the current status of whether it is connected with other lines. It is concluded that although the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity is operated and managed separately by the Intercity Company,it has the status quo that it crosses the track with other lines.Analyze the number of trains operating in some periods of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity is relatively small, and its line capacity is surplus. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the effects before and after cross-track operations. It also analyzes the issue of the distribution of benefits involving the two operating entities.(2)From the perspective of passengers, construct models of rail-crossing and independent-operating train operations with the smallest generalized cost of passenger travel.Constraints include passenger flow, train stops, and operating frequency. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the train operation plans of the two operation modes are obtained respectively. The results show that: all the transfer passengers take the passing trains without changing trains. The generalized cost of passengers decreased by 2.31%,and the total travel time of passengers decreased by7.43%.But the price is that the number of train stops for operating companies has increased, and the total operating costs of companies have increased by 11.7%.(3)According to the difference between the main body of the operation and the main body of the vehicle involved in the rail-crossing operation,it is divided into seven modes of rail-crossing operation.Study the distribution of benefits between the two parties under seven operating modes. The results show that: compared with independent operation, the operating income of railway bureaus and intercity railways fluctuates slightly under various operating modes of rail-crossing operations. On the contrary, their operating expenses fluctuate greatly. This is due to the large differences in operating costs, car rental fees, and line rental fees between the two companies under various cross-track operating modes.(4)Summarize the characteristics of convex, gradual, and equal passenger flow, and analyze their applicability for rail transit operations. The results show that: in the first four operating models, the profits of the operating entities have decreased, while the profits of non-operating entities have increased. In the fifth and sixth modes of operation, the profits of companies that act as vehicle entities have increased, while those of non-vehicle entities have decreased. The vehicle main body of the seventh operation mode shall be jointly assumed by both parties. The operating income of the railway bureau and the intercity company are both positive. However, the railway bureau decreased by 12% to 43%,while the intercity company decreased by 29% in the convex type, and increased by 2% and 72% in the gradual and equal type. |
