Due to the bad driving environment,the stable driving of armored vehicle is the basic guarantee of its combat ability,and the driving level of the driver directly affects the driving state of the armored vehicle.So it is necessary to develop an efficient driving training method of armored vehicle.At present,there are still some defects in the driving training of armored vehicles in China,which need to be further improved.Such as the evaluation system is still not perfect,driving training guidance materials are relatively old,lack of pertinence and so on.This makes it difficult for drivers to get comprehensive and accurate evaluation and targeted guidance,and the efficiency of driving training is low.Based on the typical road,this paper carried out the research of driving behavior and driving training evaluation.It can provide more targeted driving training guidance and more comprehensive training evaluation for drivers.It provides theoretical and technical support for armored vehicle driving training.It has certain military and economic significance.This paper took a certain type of tracked armored vehicle as the prototype,builded the cylinder module,crankcase module,intake and exhaust module in GT-SUITE software,and the engine working process simulation model were integrated by orderly connection of each module.By simulating the working conditions of the engine under different loads,the corresponding map data was calculated and input into the engine module.Then,the engine module,transmission module,vehicle module,road module,driver module and so on were built,and the vehicle driving simulation model were obtained by orderly connecting and integrating the modules.After verification,the accuracy of the model meeted the requirements.Using GT-SUITE software for simulation,the best power shift law was obtained.The driving behaviors with different driving intentions were simulated,and the driving behaviors of accelerator pedal,clutch pedal and brake pedal were analyzed.The simulation results showed that when the vehicle passes the uphill road with different slope length and slope,it can shorten the passing time and improve the driving performance.Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,the force variation and driving behavior during climbing the low wall were studied.The best dynamic driving behaviors of several typical combination roads were obtained by simulation.Then the evaluation of driving training was studied.Combined with the characteristics of armored vehicle driving training,the evaluation method was determined,and the evaluation index system was constructed from four aspects: driver’s physiological and psychological state,driver’s driving behavior,vehicle running state and training data.AHP was used to construct the judgment matrix of the first level index and the second level index,and the weight coefficient of each index was determined.The mathematical model of driving training evaluation was established for each evaluation index,and the function of each evaluation index mathematical model was realized in MATLAB software.Finally,the design and development of driving training evaluation software were carried out.Combined with the requirements of the project,the overall design goal of the software was defined,and the module function and operation interface of the software were designed in details.Each module of the evaluation software was built in MATLAB,and the function buttons,data input box and other components of each module were programmed and debugged,as well as the data transfer,calculation and transfer relationship between components.The results showed that the evaluation model established in this paper can better evaluate the driving level of drivers,and the evaluation results had a high degree of discrimination for different levels of drivers.There are 74 Figures,34 tables and 89 references in this thesis.
