Research On Landscape Design Of Creative Industry Park Of Film And Television Production

With the urban renewal and the transformation of secondary and tertiary industries,China’s creative industrial parks occupy an increasingly important position in culture,production and other aspects.However,the development mode of China’s cultural industrial parks is still in the primary stage of development.The focus of development is not content creativity and design creativity,but simple mode replication.The project is located in Wuqing District,Tianjin,which is one hour’s drive away from Beijing and Tianjin respectively.Based on the background of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integrated development,it can undertake considerable urban passenger groups in the future and form an independent economic organic cycle.In recent years,Tianjin’s economic development has encountered constraints and bottlenecks.In 2020,the global economy is facing a huge crisis,and China’s film and television industry is also hard to escape.As of April,in 2020,5328 film and television companies have written off,and most of them are small and medium-sized film and television production companies that can not resist the economic crisis brought about by the epidemic by their own ability,It is also important to speed up the recovery of film creation and provide a better living and working environment for the creators of small and medium-sized film and television companies.Based on the above reasons,this study takes the reconstruction of Wuqing base of Chinese Academy of Railway Sciences as an example to focus on the design of creative industry park for film and television production,and the main design category is landscape direction.The research mainly uses literature research method,field research method,case study method and qualitative evaluation method and other main research methods,starting from the design process thinking method,experience aesthetics design and perception(immersion)experience design,basic methods and standardized design of landscape design,"tourism +" landscape planning research,comprehensive space design method and other academic perspectives,Through the research and analysis of the current situation of the site,the concept of sustainable development is fully considered for the reconstruction of buildings and landscape,and the energy conservation and the use of materials are considered.In the design process,the nature of work and entertainment in the same place and other issues are also considered,forming an integration" The "tourism +" model has formed the direction of the future,the structure of the combination of the secondary and tertiary industries is in line with the development direction of the national macro-economy,and the actual cases of the combination of industry and entertainment also emerge in endlessly,but few achievements have been achieved in China.This design combines the practical factors of the site to solve some problems such as the distribution of the site,adhere to the people-oriented concept,and try to excavate and improve to the deep level,and finally get a complete set of landscape design results including design concept,design concept and graphic design,complete effect presentation,building reconstruction and landscape sketch design.And the whole design process has some thinking and reflection,and the future development is prospected.
