| With the advancement of science and technology and social development,the increasing number of vehicles has also brought a heavier traffic burden.This gave birth to the intelligent transportation systems,the core of which is autopilot technology.Since the development of autopilot technology,a multi-sensor coordination system of cameras and multiple radars has been formed.Among them,the the vehicular radar at 77 GHz has played an increasingly important role in continuous iterative updates.As the level of autopilot increases and functions are enriched,traditional test methods and tools cannot meet the requirements of autopilot testing.It makes the progress of autopilot testing slow,and there is an urgent need for a new real scenario-based simulation test system.This research aims to serve future autopilot scenarios,mainly measuring,analyzing and simulating the electromagnetic wave propagation of vehicular radar at mmwave(Millimeter Wave)band.The research content includes: mmwave radar measurement in typical scenarios,mmwave measurement data processing analysis,echo signal simulation and verification based on Ray-Tracing Simulation.According to the Autopilot Specification of the Auto Standards Committee,the measurement scenario is proposed and the corresponding radar configuration is given.The test vehicle deployed with the Texas Instruments(TI)mmwave radar platform is used to perform actual road testing and process analysis data.The performance RT simulation platform simulates the corresponding drive test scenarios and compares it with the actual drive test data,and finally corrects the simulation data.This research and design finally proposed the mmwave Radar signal measurement plan of the target scene,constructed the measurement system;carried out the actual drive test,and obtained the measurement data of many typical scenarios;Signal processing was performed on the radar data,and a set of mmwave signal processing code was independently developed;Conduct RT(Ray-Tracing)simulation analysis on the measurement scene,extract the RCS(Radar Cross Section)of the key target,and carried out Measurement-Simulation-Correction-Comparison Verification,so as to get a more accurate RT model.Through the comparison of measurement and simulation,this research verifies and accurately RT simulation of 77 GHz mmwave radar,which provides a feasible solution for reliable and effective mmwave radar simulation in future autopilot simulation systems. |
