Organize The Audience Dispersions Of The Opening And Closing Ceremonies Of The Winter Olympic Games

The successful organization of the Olympic Games has demonstrated the importance of traffic management.The following problems need to be solved for the transportation organization of the spectators at the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games: predicting the number of spectators and their spatial and temporal distribution,planning temporary transportation facilities,designing the circulation lines of the spectators at the opening and closing ceremonies,and allocating the public transportation capacity resources.So that the audience can quickly evacuate to each traffic hub,shorten the evacuation time.Based on the special task of the national key research and development plan "Research on the Operation Command Decision-making Technology of Beijing Winter Olympic Games",this paper conducts an in-depth investigation on the relevant traffic situation around the venues of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games and establishes the corresponding organization plan for the audience exit.First of all,on the basis of collect the relevant data and on-the-spot investigation,the road around the national stadium,parking situation investigation,and analysis its surrounding public transportation capacity and load factors,bus terminal and feeder terminal location,and through the research to calculate the traffic capacity of the subway entrances and crowded conditions security through capacity,And the overpass and tunnel of the stadium were investigated.The sharing rate of public transportation in the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games is obtained by means of literature research and analogy analysis.Secondly,considering the winter Olympics opening and closing ceremonies of the attendance to forecast the audience,and the city of Beijing economic indicators to predict the spatial distribution of the audience,and the temporary traffic facilities planning,such as shuttle bus parked area and bus stations,etc.,at the same time,according to the characteristics of the winter Olympics capacity of the bus and subway and audience’s spatial distribution,A traffic organization method is proposed to meet the evacuation time requirements of the audience,and the evacuation time is calculated to optimize the evacuation plan.Finally,according to the evacuation optimization scheme of the audience,the VISSIM simulation software is used for simulation verification,and the relevant suggestions for the traffic organization of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games under the social background of epidemic prevention and control are put forward.
