Urban rail transit not only brings convenience to the public, but also faces new challenges. With the continuous expansion of the line construction scale, the contradiction between the continuous growth of passenger demand and system supply is becoming increasingly prominent, especially in the morning and evening peak period, passenger congestion has become one of the main problems affecting the operation safety of urban rail transit. To formulate effective measures to alleviate this contradiction has become an urgent problem. With the formation of network operation, more and more scholars pay attention to the relevance between stations and the propagation of passenger flow congestion, carry out research on Collaborative passenger flow control, and establish a variety of collaborative flow limiting models based on the optimal objectives of the system. In this paper, based on the existing research to maximize the benefits of managers and passengers as the optimization goal, taking into account the equilibrium optimization of service level between stations,we build a single line collaborative flow limiting model to study the passenger flow congestion problem, and realize the system optimization and partial equilibrium. At the same time, the quantitative research on the effect of rail current limiting is carried out,and the number of incoming stations calculated by the current limiting model is transformed into the specific implementation scheme of current limiting measures, which provides theoretical and data support for the current limiting work of the station. The specific research contents of this paper include:(1)Based on the existing models, most of the optimization objectives are to maximize the overall benefits, and the obtained flow restriction schemes may have the problems of too large difference of flow restriction between stations and unbalanced passenger waiting, the optimization objective of station service level equalization is proposed. This paper analyzes and selects the indicators that affect the station service level under the background of collaborative current limiting, combs the significance and importance of equalization for current limiting in actual operation, and determines the calculation method of station service level equalization.(2)In this paper, the mechanism of railings and passengers outside the station is deeply studied. The simulation experiment and field investigation are combined to study the influence of layout form, passenger arrival rate and railings structure parameters on their capacity.A multi factor regression model of railings exit passenger flow is established to quantify the effect of railings flow restriction. The correctness of the model is verified by an example.(3)Taking the arrival volume of each station in each period as the decision variable, taking the maximum benefit of the line and passengers as the overall goal, taking the minimum difference of service level of each station as the equilibrium goal, taking into account the minimum number of flow limiting stations, considering the passenger demand, the capacity of stations, trains, sections and smooth flow restriction constraints,a collaborative flow limiting model guided by service level equalization is established,To alleviate the line passenger congestion, optimize the system capacity resource allocation, and strive to achieve the optimal and partial equilibrium of the whole line.(4)Taking the rail transit line as an example, the collaborative current limiting analysis is carried out,the detailed current limiting scheme is formulated for each station of the line, and the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified. The results of the case study are compared with the passenger flow data under single point and collaborative flow restriction, highlighting the synergy and equilibrium effect of the model, which shows that the model can better meet the peak passenger demand.
