Distributed Control System(DCS)is a kind of control system which combines control technology,communication technology and graphic display technology.It is widely used in chemical and metallurgical production processes.With the rapid development of microelectronics technology,interface communication technology and information processing technology,modern automation instruments are constantly updated and replaced,which makes the distributed control system develop towards the direction of intellectualization,networking and digitalization.Based on this background,according to the actual demand and function of distributed control,research and development of the distributed control units for measurement and control of industry.The control unit chooses ARM series microprocessors of industrial level,and completes its development and research by combining hardware and software.Firstly,the research status of industrial metrology and automation system at home and abroad is deeply investigated.Based on the knowledge of Internet of Things,a distributed control system architecture for industrial metrology and control is proposed.The functions of each layer of the system are analyzed,and the data flow direction of the system is clarified.Secondly,the hardware and software of the control unit are designed.In the aspect of hardware,the main circuit is designed in detail,and the data protection circuit for power failure is designed.Capacitance energy storage scheme is adopted to realize the data protection function for power failure and continuous current,so as to improve the reliability of control unit.Combining anti-interference technology such as photoelectric isolation,electromagnetic isolation,floating ground system,etc.,the uncertain interference generated in complex industrial field is restrained.In the aspect of software,the program of data acquisition transmission and others are carried out.The digital filtering technology is used to further improve the accuracy of data,singularities are eliminated by first-order difference method,data cleaning is realized by recursive averaging method,task model is established and corresponding functions are realized according to task number.Thirdly,in the aspect of advanced control strategy,the predictive function control algorithm is introduced to improve the accuracy of production process control.Combining with the temperature requirements of fluorination reaction process,the temperature control simulation in the reactor is carried out.The results show that the temperature control can be achieved accurately.After analyzing the functions of the system,the modularization idea is used to divide several functional modules and implement them block by block.The process of database design is studied,and the database is built to realize the dual-computer hot standby function.Finally,a prototype of DCU is developed,and the test environment of DCU is built with the prototype as the core.By testing the DCU and the system,the functions of interruption and interruption and dual-machine hot standby are validated.The results show that the expected design objectives are basically achieved,which has certain application value.
