| With the development of China’s social economy and the flourishing of modern logistics,the ingredients distribution network is showing a trend of complexity and hugeness.At the same time,the ingredients distribution node,functioning as a logistics hub connecting upstream and downstream,plays an increasingly prominent role in the entire distribution system.Therefore,scientific and reasonable planning of ingredients distribution nodes is not only the basis of ensuring the efficient operation of the ingredients distribution system,but also the crux of reducing the cost of ingredients distribution and guaranteeing the quality of ingredients.As a huge systematic engineering,the planning of distribution nodes will be affected by many factors,and under different circumstances,the factors that need to be considered are widely distinct.The 2022 Winter Olympics will be jointly held in Beijing and Zhangjiakou with three divisions respectively in Beijing,Yanqing and Zhangjiakou.Because of the fact that there are three divisions in two different cities and two of them are away from the main city,which will have extremely high requirements for the safety,freshness,and timeliness of the ingredients and other factors of extreme weather in winter,demand uncertainty and so on,the planning of its ingredients distribution node is extremely complicated,which leads that traditional planning methods are not well applicable.Based on this,this thesis took the 2022 Winter Olympics as the background to study the problem of ingredients distribution node planning under complex conditions.First,starting from the analysis of Beijing Winter Olympics’ s ingredients demand,the complexity of its ingredients supply logistics is analyzed in depth,and the factors such as economic cost,risk control,supply efficiency and so on that its ingredients supply logistics organization needs to consider are summarized.On this basis,combined with related theoretical research,the thesis presents the necessity of building a ingredients distribution center and emergency distribution center for the Winter Olympics and design the multi-layer network of ingredients supply logistics that meets the related needs.Then,based on the complex factors that need to be considered in organizing the ingredients supply logistics for the Winter Olympics,a multi-objective planning model for ingredients distribution nodes is constructed that takes into account the risk of disruption in the distribution link caused by the weather and long transportation distance and the uncertainty of the end demand.The model achieves overall optimization of the total cost of the supply chain system and the standard of distribution services,among which the total cost of the supply chain system includes the transportation cost,operation cost and construction cost.And the distribution service standard is measured by the average response time of the ingredients distribution service provided by the distribution node.Due to the complexity of solving multi-objective problems,this thesis employed the ideal point method and Lingo software to solve the model.Finally,the relevant data of the ingredients supply for the Winter Olympics is substituted into the multi-objective planning model to determine the construction quantity,construction location,construction scale of the ingredients distribution node as well as the cost and delivery service level of the supply chain system under the optimal planning scheme.Through the analysis of the calculation results and sensitivity of the model,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified,which can serve as a reference for the planning of ingredients distribution nodes in the Winter Olympics or in the similar situations. |
