The developments of new generation sensor technology rely significantly on the improvement of wireless power supply technology in microelectronic devices. In fact, energy to supply microelectronic devices can be scavenged directly from latent power source of environment. The piezoelectricity energy collector is distorts piezoelectricity structure using the ambient vibration induction, causes the material interior positive and negative electric charge center separation, thus produces the polarizing voltage. Because of simple structure, no fever, no electromagnetic interference, pollution-free, easy to manufacture and realization of the small bodies, and the integration of the advantages, piezoelectric energy harvester has attracted wide attention. In order to implement a device of high power output and work under the natural environment, this article has established the piezoelectric cantilever model for vibrational energy harvesting. Theoretical analysis and ANSYS finite element analysis were carried on, in view of its key component-piezoelectric beam, including its energy conversion process, resonance frequency solution and output.
