Study On Urban Riverside Landscape Design Based On The Theory Of Restorative Environment

In the post-epidemic era today,public health issues have become hot spots,,and the rapid development of the city continues to cause physical and psychological problems among residents,while the urban riverfront landscape can effectively alleviate their psychological problems.Therefore,literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire method,data analysis method and example method were taken to study the urban riverfront landscape design based on the theory of restorative environment in this paper.Results are as follows :Firstly,it can be seen that the urban riverfront landscape plays an important role in recovering tourists’ physical and mental health by combing with the urban riverfront landscape.The future of urban riverfront landscape will meet the needs of different tourists from a new perspective.However,there are few studies about urban riverfront landscape which can recover tourists ’ physical and mental health in China today.Let alone studies combined with restorative environmental theory.Secondly,through the analysis of the four basic characteristics of the theory of restorative environment,being away,fascination,extent,compatibility,a total of 19 environmental factors are selected as the evaluation indexes.And it is concluded that the six environmental factors are significantly positively correlated with the pressure relief effect after visiting the urban riverfront landscape.According to the degree of influence from high to low,the order is : ’Comfortable rest facilities(seats)’(0.205),’ Nightscape gorgeous ’(0.161),’ Strong water landscape appreciation ’(0.150),’ Clear water quality ’(0.143),’ Rich plant species ’(0.125),’Seasonal changes in plant landscape ’(0.123);The education level of the respondents(p=0.048< 0.05)was significantly different from the stress relief effect.With the increase of education level,the stress relief effect was better,and vice versa.Thirdly,according to the summary above,the environmental factors that affect the resilience of urban waterfront landscape are : water landscape,plant landscape,night landscape,and rest facilities.On this basis,combined with the analysis and reference of relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the design strategy of urban waterfront restoration environment landscape,namely,using the ornamental and novelty of water landscape to enhance the remoteness of waterfront landscape,using the rich changes of plant landscape to enhance the charm of waterfront landscape,using the night landscape with unique depth and hierarchy to enhance the ductility of waterfront landscape,and using a variety of combinations of rest facilities to enhance the compatibility of waterfront landscape.Fourthly,under the guidance of the above design strategies,the riverfront landscape of Dameisha River in Shenzhen is designed and practiced.Through the design of water landscape,plant landscape,night landscape and rest facilities,the relevant theories and design strategies are applied to specific design practices,and the obtained research results are demonstrated in practice.This paper not only provides a theoretical reference for the study of urban waterfront landscape restoration environment,but also provides a new idea for the design of urban waterfront landscape.What’s more,it has a certain reference value for other urban waterfront landscape design.
