| There are many types of municipal bridge structures in Chongqing,large span,many heavy-duty vehicles and large daily maintenance workload.If the bridge deck is not repaired in time in the use process,these sporadic damage will develop into large pits,affecting the bridge deck structure and shortening the service life of the bridge deck pavement.In order to ensure the safety and comfort of driving,it is necessary to repair sporadic and scattered diseases in time.This topic will be based on the characteristics of bridge deck pavement disease,enhance the durability of repair blocks and speed up the speed of maintenance,prolong the service life of bridge deck pavement,and study the assembly repair materials and construction technology of bridge deck pavement disease.1.Using SBS,SBR,rubber powder,polyurethane,dioctyl phthalate DOP and other components to improve the pavement performance of matrix asphalt,a kind of high viscosity and high elastic modified asphalt binder was prepared,and the influence rules of different modified components and modification processes on the performance of matrix asphalt were investigated.The preparation process parameters of high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt were defined as follows: shear rate 3500-5000r/min,shear time 40-50 min,shear temperature 175-185℃,swelling development temperature160℃.The mixing proportion of various modifiers is as follows: SBS 5%,SBR 4%,rubber powder 15%,dioctyl phthalate DOP 2%,polyurethane 10%.2.The mixture ratio design of high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt mixture was carried out.Finally,the median value of AC-13 was selected as the design grade,and the prepared high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt was used as the binder of the mixture.3.As the bonding layer between old and new materials,the shear strength of the high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt is higher than 0.61 MPa,which can form a strong bonding strength between the bonding layers,and its adhesion and cohesion have been significantly improved;The dynamic stability of high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt mixture at 60℃ and 80℃ reaches 7756 times /mm and5754 times /mm,respectively.The flexural tensile strength at low temperature reaches9.45 MPa,which is significantly higher than that of other mixtures.The immersion Marshall strength and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio reaches 95.7% and 95.3%,respectively.Co MPared with other materials,it has better resistance to water damage.4.Based on the different depth of the bridge deck pavement damage,the typical structure of the assembly repair of the bridge deck pavement damage is given,and the construction process flow of the assembly repair of the bridge deck pavement damage and the technical requirements of each link in the repair process are put forward,which is helpful to improve the application efficiency of the actual repair work.It provides a new solution for the repair and maintenance of bridge deck pavement by using prefabricated blocks.The repair materials have high strength,waterproof damage and durability,and the repair process is clear,the process is convenient,the time cost is reduced and the maintenance is accessible,so it has good social and economic benefits and broad application prospects. |
