The railway comprehensive passenger transport hub is an important part of the city’s comprehensive transportation system,and is a key node to realize the efficient connection of various transportation modes and integrated transportation organization.The railway comprehensive passenger transport hub ensures the evacuation of the railway passenger flow to every corner of the city by connecting different modes of transportation.Affected by the arrival time of main railway trains,the passenger flow of railways presents a strong short-term and high-aggregation characteristic,resulting in a mismatch between the supply and demand of short-term transportation in the hub.When the connection methods of the railway passenger hub cannot match the impulse railway arrival passenger flow,it will cause passengers to be stranded,missed rides,etc.,reduce transfer efficiency,extend the waiting time,and endanger the safety of passengers in serious cases.To this end,this paper constructs a coordinated dispatch model for railway passenger terminal connection modes based on passenger choice behavior,and optimizes the departure interval of each connection mode in the hub with the goal of minimizing the total time of railway arrival and passenger transfer.The main research content includes the following aspects:1.Explains the relevant theories about the transfer and connection of railway passenger hubs and the transfer behavior of arriving passengers on the railway.Firstly,it sorts out the theoretical knowledge of railway passenger transport hub transfer and connection,and analyzes the competition and cooperation relationship of railway passenger transport hub connection modes in the operation process;then,analyzes the transfer behavior and influencing factors of arriving passengers on the railway;finally,based on the system The coordination theory puts forward the coordinated scheduling optimization goal of the connection mode of the railway passenger transport hub.2.Construction of the selection model of the connection mode of the railway passenger transport hub.Explain the theoretical basis of the discrete choice model and compare and analyze the commonly used models in the disaggregate model.Combined with the MNL model,a selection model of the railway passenger terminal connection mode was established,and the models were calibrated and tested using Stata software.Through the constructed model,the share rate of the connection mode of the Shapingba Railway Passenger Transport Hub is predicted and studied,and the predicted value is compared with the actual value.3.The construction of the coordinated dispatch model of the connection mode of the railway passenger transport hub considering the passenger’s choice behavior.Establish a two-level planning model,the upper model with the goal of minimizing railway arrival passenger transfer time.In the lower planning model,the MNL model is used for passenger flow distribution,and the upper model is returned to obtain the objective function value.According to the characteristics of the established bi-level programming model,the algorithm implementation steps of model solution are proposed.4.Case study and result analysis.Taking the Shapingba Railway Passenger Transport Hub as the research object,the model is solved by actual investigation and collected data,and the optimized passenger transfer time is obtained.The results show that coordinated dispatching of hub connections can effectively shorten passenger transfer time and improve passenger transfer efficiency.After optimizing the departure interval through collaborative scheduling,the average transfer time for rail,bus,and taxi passengers was reduced by 5.57%,13.21%,and 17.4%,respectively,compared to before optimization.
