The rapid development of smart phones and "Internet +" has brought opportunities to the development of takeaway industry.As the scale of O2 O takeaway market continues to expand,the number of users and orders grows rapidly,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of the industry’s delivery capacity becomes increasingly prominent,the platform recruits a large number of riders to supplement the transport capacity.However,due to the low professionalism of riders and the continuous compression of delivery time,riders race against the system time in order to deliver orders quickly,driving illegally during the delivery process,speeding,running red lights,driving the wrong way,etc.,resulting in a high rate of illegal driving and traffic accidents.Therefore,with the rapid development of the industry,it is urgent to pay attention to how to reduce the traffic accident rate of riders and ensure the safety of riders on the premise of ensuring customers’ time satisfaction and riders’ income.In view of this problem,this paper studies the optimization problem of takeaway delivery route considering traffic accident rate,builds a multi-objective linear programming model based on customer time satisfaction and rider income to reduce traffic accident rate,and analyzes it with actual cases,so as to provide certain theoretical support and practical methods for takeaway platform.The main research contents include:(1)Study on takeaway route optimization based on customer time satisfaction and rider income.Consider traffic accident rate in order to make the delivery path optimization distribution more reasonable,in view of the platform is preferred time customer satisfaction,the rider gains less attention problems,with the customer,the rider Angle analysis respectively,set up time only consider customer satisfaction and at the same time,considering the objective function of the time the customer satisfaction,the rider gains,and the improved genetic algorithm for solving design,compared the results found that at the same time considering time satisfaction and rider earnings model can improve the rider gains at the same time guarantee customer satisfaction.(2)Study on optimization of takeaway delivery route considering traffic accident rate.Traffic accidents are inevitable,and the reduction of traffic accident rate should be carried out on the basis of ensuring customer time satisfaction and rider’s income.If riders have a traffic accident,it will affect their personal safety and their own income,and the platform will also incur additional costs of work-related injury compensation.Therefore,this article through to the question on traffic accident at home and abroad literature comb summary,determine the rider room influence factors of traffic accidents in the process,is established considering the cycling speed delivery distribution,accident prediction models based on the traffic accident rate and the rider benefits associated with customer satisfaction time,rider maximize returns and reduce the traffic accident rate as the goal,takeaway delivery path optimization model considering the traffic accident rate.With the improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem,the last instance analysis,found that speed is one of the important factors that influence the rider traffic safety,if set depending on the type of road cycling speed,can effectively reduce the traffic accident rate,moreover,a certain range expanding time window can improve customer satisfaction,the rider benefits and safety of the rider.Aiming at the safety problem of riders in takeaway delivery,this paper proposes an optimization model of takeaway delivery path based on customer time satisfaction and rider income considering traffic accident rate,and designs corresponding solving algorithm.Finally,the traffic accident rate of riders can be reduced while improving rider income and ensuring customer time satisfaction.
