Influencing Factors Of Takeaway Rider’ Traffic Accidents Based On Grounded Theory

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet in our country,food delivery has gradually become an important way of life for people.As an important condition to support the development of food delivery,food delivery riders have quickly become a rapidly growing emerging profession.In this context,while a large number of traffic accidents related to takeaway riders have occurred,they have also received widespread attention from the society.How to accurately grasp the cause and role of takeaway riders’ traffic accidents and effectively alleviate them has become an important proposition that needs to be solved urgently for the sustainable development of the takeaway industry.From the perspective of takeaway rider traffic accidents,the paper constructs a takeaway rider traffic accident model based on grounded theory,in order to put forward relevant suggestions on the management of takeaway rider traffic accidents through this model.On the basis of summarizing the grounded theory research,the paper selects the takeaway rider as the research object according to the grounded theory research steps,and obtains the interview notes through interviews.Through the collection and sorting of interview notes,open coding,main axis coding and selective coding are carried out on interview notes.Finally,four core categories are drawn,including road factors,rider factors,environmental factors,and management factors of food delivery companies.Secondly,using the structural equation model analysis method,construct a takeaway rider traffic accident model based on grounded theory,put forward model assumptions,and design and develop a takeaway rider traffic accident questionnaire based on grounded theory.Finally,the research is tested by means of questionnaire surveys.The results show that rider factors,environmental factors,and road factors all have a significant positive impact on traffic accidents,and the impact coefficients are successively decreasing.The management factors of food delivery companies have a negative impact on traffic accidents.And based on this,put forward relevant suggestions on the management of takeaway riders and the operation of takeaway platforms.The thesis combines theoretical methods and empirical research to find the influencing factors of takeaway riders’ traffic accidents,and provides new methods and ideas for the study of takeaway riders’ traffic accidents,and also provides analysis methods and analysis methods for the research on reducing takeaway riders’ traffic accidents empirical basis.
