| At present,the development momentum of the take-out and delivery industry is fierce.At the same time,it is also found that take-out vehicles are dangerous at high speeds.The take-out models are not uniform and cannot meet the needs of take-out services.This subject takes the human-machine-environment system engineering as the theoretical basis to refer to the pain points of the takeaway car products.By analyzing the human body size and the behavior of the takeaway,combined with the actual research results,a design plan for a special takeaway car was finally designed to make To better meet the needs of takeaway services and people’s demands.The main research work and results of this paper are divided into the following five points:1.Study the application status of domestic and international takeaway delivery tools and the development background of electric vehicles,clarify the research content and research methods,and plan the framework ideas;2.The driver of the takeaway car in this subject is the starting point,and the man-machine-environment system engineering theory is used in the design and study of takeaway cars,to explore the relationship between people,takeaway cars,and the environment to improve the safety,practicality,applicability,and comfort of "machines";3.Aiming at the problem of frequent accidents caused by fast driving of takeaway vehicles on the road,the use of a distance measuring sensor to increase the automatic deceleration brake function has certain improvements in traffic management and road safety.At the same time,the eye-catching design can also improve the recognition of take-out cars,thereby improving safety;4.The takeout box design is a part of the takeout car that cannot be ignored.The newtakeout box design is designed in an innovative way,completely changing the way the takeout box opens and closes the box.Enhance the storage and fixation of take-out food through the partition design of take-out box space;5.Solving the problem of the lack of intelligent interactive interface for take-out vehicles is also an innovative point of this subject.Design and practice of vehicle basic information display interface,intelligent customer management interface,intelligent route optimization navigation interface,and takeaway box intelligent visual interface.This paper infers a special take-out electric vehicle based on theoretical and practical research,summarizes the functions and goals,from sketches to plan establishment,deepens practice,and performs cost accounting for the product,providing reference and reference for future take-out special vehicle design. |
