With the healthy and stable development of the domestic economy,the process of urbanization is advancing steadily,but the subsequent urban pollution and energy shortages have become a major problem that plagues urban management.In this context,the country has issued a considerable part of policies to ensure the development of new energy vehicles.In view of the characteristics of zero discharge,low noise,and stability of electric buses,it is very suitable as the main tool of urban ground transportation.However,due to the lagging development of the urban public transport system and the inefficient scheduling methods,the capacity of public transport companies cannot achieve a good balance with the passenger flow demand of different stations.As a result,the travel sharing rate of the public transport system in urban traffic is becoming lower and lower,which has led to most cities..Therefore,in terms of the current predicament of the development of urban public transport systems,just focusing on the improvement of public transport infrastructure design and construction or the replacement of vehicle power sources cannot truly guide the sustainable and healthy development of public transport.Therefore,after an in-depth analysis of the development status of the urban public transport system in my country,this article combines the research results of urban electric public transport dispatch at home and abroad,fully considers the public transport scheduling strategy and the characteristics of pure electric public vehicles,and optimizes the scheduling strategy during the operation of electric public transport.research.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this article reviews the national public transport development policies in recent years,and briefly analyzes the current development status of domestic public transport and the development of domestic urban pure electric public transport under the current background.The core problem of this paper is to optimize the scheduling strategy of pure electric buses from the perspective of the time cost of passengers and bus companies.Secondly,the relationship between charging and discharging of pure electric bus battery and time and mileage was studied and discussed,and it was confirmed that the charging and time of pure electric bus battery were linearly related to time,and the depth of discharge was linearly related to mileage.Then analyzed the time cost of different objects.The time cost of passengers and the time cost of public transportation companies were discussed separately,and the cost of waiting time,passenger travel time,vehicle travel time and vehicle empty time cost per unit time were obtained by calculation.On this basis,a multi-objective electric bus dispatching optimization model considering time cost is established.Finally,select Chongqing 666 pure electric bus route as an example for analysis.The calculation results show that,compared with the existing operation plan,the model can smooth the departure interval,reduce the number of vehicles,and can greatly reduce the time cost of passengers and enterprises.Then another parameter of this article: passenger time saving rate was discussed,and the influence of different passenger time saving rates on the optimization results was compared.
