| Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are the main force of China’s manufacturing industry and play an important role in the process of China’s economic development.It is the key problem for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their competitiveness and survive in the fierce market competition.As an advanced production management method,lean production has practical significance for the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of enterprises.It is an indispensable and important task to carry out lean concept in small and medium-sized enterprises.However,in the actual production practice,due to the limited capital budget of small and medium-sized enterprises,it has always been a huge problem for entrepreneurs to scientifically select the most appropriate lean strategy under the condition of limited capital.It is found that there are two deficiencies in the existing research: one is the lack of a quantitative method for enterprises to choose the optimal lean production program;the other is that there are few research cases on the combination of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and lean production program.Therefore,this paper will focus on the selection of lean production programs for small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to reduce resource waste,improve the operating efficiency of enterprises,and then improve the overall core competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)To construct the evaluation model of lean production improvement plan.The basic elements of the evaluation model are divided into two categories.The first category is the main characteristics of a variety of lean production basic tools,and the second category is the four key costs generated in the process of implementing lean production programs.The core support points of the evaluation model are two mapping matrices and a mathematical model.Based on the first kind of basic elements,two mapping matrices are constructed,which are used to quantify the effectiveness of lean production solutions in dealing with specific waste points and the resources consumed by implementing lean production solutions.Based on the second kind of basic elements,an economic evaluation model of lean production scheme selection is constructed.The model can solve and quantitatively evaluate the effect of lean production scheme implementation in enterprises under multiple constraints.By analyzing the actual situation of enterprises and using the evaluation model reasonably,it can help the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises to choose the best lean production management program.(2)Analyze the production process data and determine the relevant parameters.Based on the specific analysis of the data obtained from the internship survey in B Company,the numerical value of the four key costs is quantified to determine the constraint conditions of the capital budget.Through the detailed analysis of B company’s production and manufacturing operation process and plant layout positioning of the key waste points.The empirical data analysis of Company B mainly starts from the following four aspects: internal logistics characteristics,product characteristics and core process characteristics,process flow and production line layout.(3)The simulation application of lean production improvement scheme evaluation model in B Company,a medium-sized enterprise.A lean production scheme selection model was simulated and applied to an agricultural machine manufacturer in Chongqing,China.Based on the important parameter values obtained from the empirical data of enterprises,the analysis framework of lean production program selection for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is presented.Then the MATLAB program was used to solve the problem of scheme selection,and the validity and rationality of the model were verified.Finally,from the perspectives of waiting time,production resources,inventory and employee scheduling,the paper predicts the practical application effect of lean production scheme in enterprises.The lean production scheme selection model described in this paper has universality and typicality,which can provide some reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises to choose lean production scheme. |
