Various types of electrical primary equipment in the power system,such as transformers and capacitors,are prone to partial discharge due to factors such as high temperature and overload during long-term operation.Partial discharge affects the insulation performance of these equipment,so the monitoring of equipment partial discharge has important reference significance for analyzing the health of the equipment.At present,the more commonly used partial discharge monitoring methods are ultrasonic method and TEV method,but portable instruments are often used,and it is difficult to achieve online monitoring of equipment discharge.Because the partial discharge on-line monitoring can promptly remind the on-site operation and maintenance personnel of the occurrence of faults and the advantage of recording long-term data,a set of on-line ultrasonic and TEV partial discharge monitoring sensors are designed to realize real-time monitoring of partial discharge of power equipment.The specific work is as follows:(1)The hardware circuit design of ultrasonic and TEV sensors.The signal processing circuit is the focus of its hardware circuit design work.In order to maintain the consistency of the software,the output signal amplitude and frequency of the two sensor signal processing circuits are basically the same.The sensor uses low-noise components to form filtering,amplifying,and detecting circuits,and at the same time adopts corresponding protective design to reduce the influence of external interference on sensor monitoring.(2)Sensor software design.The filtering algorithm can further filter out onsite interference,which can effectively prevent false alarms of sensors.(3)Sensor hardware performance test and field trial.Through the performance test of the sensor hardware circuit and the on-site installation test,the stability of the sensor operation is guaranteed.According to the analysis of the trial operation data,the health status of each power distribution equipment is obtained,and the corresponding maintenance strategy is given.
