The transmission tower is exposed to the atmosphere for a long time,which makes the transmission tower suffer corrosion,and the mechanical properties of the corroded transmission tower are greatly reduced,which seriously threatens the safety of power supply.The transmission tower is protected by coating method.The rain and snow will make the tower angle and tower surface in the immersion of snow water for a long time.Therefore,the coating quality detection is of great significance for the protection of transmission tower.However,the field inspection rules of transmission tower coating are not perfect enough to accurately evaluate the quality and safety of transmission tower coating.In this paper,the conventional properties of the coating,the identification of the coating type and the water permeability test are used to improve the field quality inspection rules of the transmission tower coating,including the inspection rules of the coating porosity index,the corrosion resistance of the coating and the identification of the coating type of the same manufacturer.Firstly,according to the environment and requirements of site construction,the corresponding three-electrode system device is designed,the AC impedance curve is measured,and the equivalent circuit diagram is obtained by ZSim Demo software analysis and fitting to detect the aging and failure progress of the coating.Determine the inspection rules of porosity index in transmission tower.In the experiment,galvanized angle steel was used to simulate the transmission tower,and three kinds of paint films were painted on the middle surface of Qianjumei.After testing the appearance,adhesion,thickness and porosity of the paint film,the adhesion test items were combined with the coating number test.It is found that the phenomenon of coating layer of galvanized angle steel paint film can be clearly observed by metallographic microscope,and the detection method of the number of coating lines in the field can be improved.In the experiment,infrared spectrum technology combined with stoichiometry method was used to identify the components of different kinds of paint films in Qianjumei factory.The infrared spectrum data were reduced by principal component analysis,the data processing was simplified,and the number of principal components was selected.Clustering analysis was carried out in three-dimensional space according to the score.The experimental results show that this method can successfully identify different kinds of paint films from the same manufacturer.In the experiment of film permeability with different porosity,the electrochemical behavior of different porosity film / metal system was studied,the porosity applicability of transmission tower coating was determined,and the effect of different porosity on coating aging failure was explored.The results of immersion test for 45 days show that the larger the porosity of the coating,the easier the aqueous solution will invade the coating / metal system,and the more easily the metal will be corroded.The immersion test after micropore treatment shows that when there are no micropores in the coating,the porosity of the coating is an important index to affect the anticorrosion performance of the coating.When micropores exist,the corrosion resistance of the coating will decrease rapidly.
