| Traffic safety has always been received attention.In addition to the human factors of drivers,the lack of anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement is the main reason for traffic safety problems,the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement is closely related to road surface texture and tire-pavement contact state.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the finite element simulation and measurement research of tire road contact state based on road surface texture,to clarify the anti-sliding mechanism of road surface,and to improve the anti-sliding performance of pavement from the perspective of pavement material design.In this paper,the mixture samples of different types and different grades are studied from the three-dimensional texture of pavement surface.The contact marks of tire-pavement are obtained by pressure sensitive film.The size of bump structure of different types of specimens is determined according to the projection area of the section,and the distribution law of contact stress of tire-pavement is analyzed.Based on image registration,a method of determining the contact depth of tire-pavement is proposed by contact mark and surface texture.Then,based on the real asphalt pavement texture and tire pattern texture,the finite element model is established to study the influence of contact depth on the contribution of tire-pavement contact stress.The reliability of the model is verified by comparing the measured data with the finite element simulation results,such as the distribution of tire-pavement contact stress,the contact depth of tire-pavement,and the contact stress of tire-pavement.Finally,the test of tire-pavement contact imprint acquisition of moving vehicles is designed,and the influence of vehicle speed and pavement structure on tire-pavement contact mark is studied.Based on the field test,the pavement model in finite element dynamics module is optimized.The friction force and contact area of vehicles sliding on different pavement structures are simulated and analyzed under different speed.The pavement characteristics with better anti-slide performance are proposed.This paper sort out the methods of establishing tire-pavement contact model,a new method to evaluate the reliability of the model is proposed,and propose a new method to evaluate the reliability of the model;studies the contact depth interval between different pavement and vehicle,which provides guidance for the establishment of friction model through texture index;the proposed method has better anti-slide performance.The characteristics of pavement provide a good reference for the detection,maintenance and acceptance of road engineering. |
