With the gradual improvement of China’s highway transportation network,the focus of China’s road development has shifted from road infrastructure to road maintenance,and there are more and more problems in road detection and maintenance,such as backward detection equipment,unable to meet the needs at this stage,non intuitive display of collected pavement parameters,insufficient continuity of pavement parameter detection,etc.Based on the above problems,this paper uses the three-dimensional reconstruction technology of pavement texture as the research means,takes the correlation between pavement structure depth index and anti-skid performance as the research direction,analyzes various other methods to measure pavement anti-skid performance,understands the detection of road anti-skid performance and pavement nondestructive testing at home and abroad,and makes an in-depth study on line scanning laser technology.A three-dimensional detection system based on line scanning laser technology is independently built and applied to the detection of pavement skid resistance.The specific contents include:1.The camera and laser are calibrated by using a special calibration block and Scheimpflug transformation;2.An improved laser stripe center extraction method is proposed,which makes the extraction accuracy of laser stripe center reach the sub-pixel level,so as to collect pavement texture data more accurately.At the same time,the 3D industrial camera with faster acquisition speed is used to improve the acquisition speed;3.The two-dimensional data and three-dimensional depth data of pavement are collected simultaneously by photoelectric encoder and synchronous camera.Then,OpenGL is used to render and reconstruct the three-dimensional image of the road,and the pavement texture is displayed intuitively and in real time;4.According to the collected pavement data,this paper studies a method to calculate the depth of pavement structure according to the collected pavement three-dimensional data: Combined with the principles of sand paving method and three-dimensional measurement method,the pavement model is established by constructing triangular network,the geometric relationship between the projection surface of the smallest component unit in the triangular grid and the triangular surface is analyzed,and a pavement structure depth calculation method based on three-dimensional depth data is proposed.This method can not only accurately calculate the pavement structure depth,but also obtain the average structure depth of asphalt pavement at any position and any area,and realize the continuous collection of pavement structure depth data.Compared with manual sand paving method and pendulum method,the error between the results collected by this method and the traditional method is less than 5%,which shows that this method has high accuracy and robustness.Moreover,this method can collect road data at a high speed and display the three-dimensional texture of the road,so as to solve the problem that the display of road parameters is not intuitive;Moreover,it can also calculate the pavement structure depth at each position of the pavement,and then obtain the anti sliding performance at any position of the whole road,which solves the problem of insufficient continuity of pavement parameter detection.This is of great significance to the current rapid and intelligent development of road detection.
