Abstract/Summary:
At present,in the process of the continuous upgrading of my country’s industrial structure, the incoordination between traditional industries and urban development has become more and more abrupt.A large number of industrial buildings that have ceased production or are about to be suspended have been gradually left unused, eventually losing vitality and becoming industrial Remains. At the same time, with the implementation of the national fitness policy and the rising enthusiasm for fitness among the people, the existing sports space can no longer meet the demands of the people.Out of the consideration of saving resources and serving the people, the state has issued policies to guide social forces to use industrial heritage to solve the problem of insufficient sports and fitness venues. Therefore,a national fitness center promoted by private capital and transformed from industrial heritage has quietly emerged. However, without the guidance of relevant theoretical research, the national fitness center transformed from the industrial heritage can only meet the general outdoor sports demands of the users without considering heritage’s cultural value and users’ experience. This article is based on the design research of the national fitness center for the transformation of industrial relics.Through design principles, design strategies and design case empirical research, the whole process of design for the transformation of industrial relics into national fitness centers is explored, and the real sustainable development of industrial relics is explored.Specific practice puts forward theoretical research basis with reference significance. The research content of this article is divided into four parts, which run through the entire process of transforming industrial remains into a national fitness center. The first part contains two chapters by starting from the transformation of industrial heritage and the development process of the national fitness center, explaining the background, significance and basis of related research, defining the concept, characteristics and development direction of the main object, and clarifies that the industrial heritage is indeed transformed into a national fitness center. The development trend of the fitness center is that the industrial space and sports function of the two are highly compatible, and the development potential is great. The second part is the third chapter, through the Internet and field research methods, analyze the current design status of the national fitness center that has been transformed from industrial remains from three dimensions, and point out its shortcomings based on the current situation,as the basis of this article. The third part is the fourth chapter, combined with the above research and analysis, puts forward relevant strategies for the whole process of the industrial relics transformation into the national fitness center.Summarized and summarized as design principles,pre-planning,transformation methods, and proposed transformation strategies from the perspectives of site selection, external space optimization, function placement, space multifunctional conversion, structural reinforcement, venue image and atmosphere creation, and physical environment for the sports space Renovation and energy-saving renovation. The fourth part is the demonstration of design strategy. The design strategy proposed by design verification is summarized in the previous article to improve the logical verification of the research.Through the above methods and research, this article finally makes a point of a design strategy for the whole process of the reconstruction of the National Fitness Center to the usage of reference for the development and practice of this type of design in the future.
