Research On Space Reconstruction Design Of Old Industrial Buildings Refurbishment Under The Needs Of Mass Sports Fitness

With the urban renewal and industrial structure upgrading,there are a large number of old industrial buildings in the city that are idle or are going to stop production.At the same time,with the continuous enthusiasm of the national fitness in China,the problem of insufficient sports space in the city needs to be solved urgently.In the past two years,the transformation of sports functions into the old industrial building space has emerged.This paper uses the combination of the Internet and field investigation to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the current situation of the transformation of the old industrial buildings into the national fitness space in the country,targeting the old industrial buildings.The problem of insufficient space value and the poor environment of the venue after the renovation,from the perspective of architecture,the research carried out the research on the two key issues of the old industrial buildings matching the national fitness space and space quality optimization.Through the research on the type of national fitness function and the extraction of spatial scale,the value and spatial scale extraction of old industrial buildings are carried out,and the space matching is carried out from four aspects: functional spatial organization,internal space matching,atmospheres and adaptive transformation.In order to achieve rational use of space and multi-function after transformation.On the basis of spatial matching,the discussion on spatial quality optimization design strategy is carried out from the aspects of structural transformation,lighting optimization and enclosure interface's image updating to achieve practical,sturdy and beautiful after renovation.Based on a large number of researches and related case studies,this paper studies the matching between old industrial buildings space and national fitness space through induction,deduction,analysis and synthesis,abstraction and generalization,combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore design strategies in optimizing spatial quality.Finally,the spatial matching and space quality optimization strategies of old industrial buildings for the needs of the national fitness are put forward,in order to provide inspiration for the future development and practice in China.
