Sports have become more and more indispensable in people's life,and the national fitness center is one of the places that can provide people with sports.With China's national fitness as a national strategy,the tide of national fitness has been set off,and the importance of sports has also made people have a higher frequency and higher requirements for the national fitness museum.There is almost no research on the national fitness hall lighting at home and abroad,but the related research on Gymnasium lighting so that the on-the-spot investigation of several national fitness hall,light environment on the basis of analysis of domestic and foreign sports lighting standards,master the basic situation of their lighting.Design experiments were conducted to study the effects of color temperature and reflectance on motion visual performance.Finally,some effective improvements were proposed through simulation.In the first chapter,the paper makes clear the direction of the article and the overall research framework.In the second chapter,the author introduces the importance of the development of sports building and sports lighting,expounds the factors,evaluation index and evaluation index of reference value of fitness hall lighting,as the investigation and evaluation of stadium lighting environment reference.In the third chapter,according to the three national fitness center for research,first clear the measurement factors,on the basis of the measurement method of clear specification of each factor,measured in the stadium lighting illumination value,color temperature,color index,in addition to calculate the illumination uniformity.In the research,we also use questionnaires to collect people's subjective evaluation of the lighting situation.According to the standard lighting standard value as the reference,the lighting situation of each stadium is judged by combining the actual survey with the questionnaire.n the fourth chapter,the visual effects in different lighting environments are studied.The visual efficiency method is based on the human visual system response,and tests the response time of the human eye to the random target in the background.So this chapter design experiment,study on the relationship between "color temperature and reaction time" and "reflection ratio and reaction time",affected by the temperature and reaction time on the exploration of reflection,so that the interaction between them and the visual effect.The experimental results show that color temperature has a significant influence on the visual efficiency of motion,and the higher the color temperature,the shorter the reaction time.Otherwise,the lower the color temperature,the longer the reaction time.The change of reflection ratio has no obvious influence on the reaction time when the reflection ratio is changed and the horizontal illumination is kept constant.To improve the surface reflectance,do not control the horizontal illuminance in the experiment,because the reflectance increased,horizontal illuminance experiment in natural increase,reflected in the experimental set than the range,improve the reflectance and bring horizontal illuminance increased,the effect on reaction time is negligible.On the basis of two chapters above,in the fifth chapter,before using the DIALux software to simulate research venues lighting conditions,mainly in the datianwan fitness center badminton and basketball hall of Nankai Middle School as an example to do simulation improvement plan,explore how to optimize step by step in venues lighting software,and obtains the optimization plan.The simulation results show that the lighting level is affected greatly by the lighting,lighting arrangement and lighting installation height,and the influence of the wall reflectance ratio is smaller.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)Put forward the concept of the National Fitness CenterThe state has classified the stadiums in different categories according to sport,nature,size,broadcast or not,degree of professionalism,etc..Taking into account the particularity of the national fitness Museum,the use of the crowd,the main sports events,lighting requirements,and so on the basis of the stadium put forward the concept of the national fitness museum.(2)The set of goal about the experimentThe experiment simulated the change of lighting environment in badminton,and badminton as the moving object,its brightness is greater than the background brightness,and the experiment is set as positive contrast.Therefore,a light spot larger than the background brightness is used to simulate the badminton,and the spot size is determined in the experiment,and no relevant literature can be referred to.In this paper,the target spot size of simulated badminton is determined by calculation for the first time.The location of the target spot is determined by taking into account both the binocular angle of view and the possible position of the shuttlecock in the court.(3)Experimental parametersThe national fitness Hall of the reflectance is not specified in the specification,no one has done research on similar reflectance and reaction time relation,but the combination of field research,in the test set on reflectance experiments.
