| At present,in the process of on-site maintenance of energy and power,the existing measurement methods still stay in the relatively traditional way.In the process of turbine start-up and shutdown,long-term operation will lead to wear between the main shaft and bearing bush.Bearing bush plays a supporting and fixing role in the normal operation of the steam turbine.According to its wear situation,the actual analysis is carried out by measuring equipment,and According to the analysis results,we choose to replace or repair and put into use.According to this problem,this paper designs and develops a set of complex surface measurement equipment based on laser triangulation method.Through the design of hardware and software of the measurement system,and the actual measurement test is carried out by selecting the test pieces.By comparing the measurement results with the CMM,it is verified that the laser measuring equipment can meet the requirements of the actual energy and power field measurement,On the premise of ensuring the accuracy,the measurement efficiency and economy have also been improved.According to the surface topography and surface wear of the measured surface,the measuring principle of the equipment is analyzed and designed.The corresponding coordinate system transformation model is designed by using the principle of laser triangulation,and the measured distance value is converted into the three-dimensional coordinate value of each measuring point on the surface of the workpiece to be measured.According to the measurement principle,the components of the system are selected,analyzed and selected.Finally,a complete set of laser measurement system is built,and the connection and debugging of the measurement system are completed.According to the measurement principle and the composition of the measuring equipment,the software control part of the system is analyzed and designed.Firstly,according to the function of the system,the hardware equipment of the software control part is designed and selected,such as the multi-functional motion controller.The connection mode and the functions that can be completed are analyzed.Secondly,according to the control function requirements of the measurement system,the software part is designed and programmed,and the common functions,related motion steps and control principle program are designed and developed.The laser measurement equipment is used to measure the selected test workpiece.The experimental data obtained by the system are preprocessed by eliminating the abnormal point cloud data and smoothing the data point cloud.The error evaluation model and the corresponding data algorithm of the sample are designed to evaluate the error of the preprocessed data,and the results are compared with those obtained by CMM.The experiment shows that the measuring equipment can meet the requirements of the actual measurement accuracy.The 3D reconstruction visualization operation of the surface model is carried out by using the preprocessed experimental data,including the design of visualization algorithm and the programming,which shows the surface condition of the tested object more intuitively.The experimental results can provide data support for the subsequent processing and repair of the specimen. |
