Research On Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Building Heritage Space In Qingdao Based On The "Urban Repair" Ideology

The reform and opening up has gone through a glorious course of more than 40 years.Rapid development of urbanization in China,with the continuous adjustment and transformation of industrial structure in cities,has led to the gradual degradation of some traditional industrial areas in urban areas and replaced by new industries.Among them,most of idle and abandoned industrial building heritages has are left in the central area of the city.In the renewal of these old industrial areas,the problem of "large scale demolition and construction" is prominent,resulting in the lack of urban characteristics and historical context.It also has an impact on the sustainable development of society,economy and environment.In the concept of "Urban Renovation" proposed by the Housing Construction Development,the "Urban Renovation" emphasizes the protection of historical buildings,strengthening the inheritance and utilization of cultural heritage,better continuation of historical context and other issues.It provides a new idea for the protection and renewal of the old industrial space.Therefore,under the concept of "urban repair",this paper attempts to build a set of method system suitable for the renewal design of industrial architectural heritage space in Qingdao.This article first combs the relevant theoretical and practical research of "urban renovation" and industrial building heritage at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content,purpose and significance.Analyzed the similarities and differences between the concept of "repair" and related concepts.Secondly,research the historical background of Qingdao’s industry,investigates the industrial architectural heritage in Qingdao’s related industrial zones and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of,summarizes the difficulties and explores the inherent value.Through basic theoretical research and the current problems of traditional industrial areas,starting from the concept of "urban repair",proposed principles and strategies for the protection of Qingdao industrial architectural heritage space.Finally,construct a specific method system for the reuse of industrial architectural heritage space in Qingdao and other cities.
