Prefabricated prefinished volumetric building,referred to as PPVC(Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction)is the prefabrication of wall panels,stairs,floor slabs and other common structures and components of houses in a prefabricated workshop to form an independent module,which is transported to a construction technology assembled on the construction site.Since Singapore does not need to consider the impact of earthquakes,the PPVC introduced into the domestic prefabricated prefinished volumetric buildings needs to consider the impact of seismic factors.Therefore,this paper conducts a pseudo-static test study on the seismic performance of the connection nodes of the prefabricated and prefabricated prefinished volumetric buildings proposed by Singapore.Take the actual project of a prefabricated prefinished volumetric building staff dormitory(PPVC dormitory for short)in a production base in Shandong Province as an example to analyze its seismic performance.In order to ensure the reliability of the shear resistance of the modular building of the dormitory building and the horizontal connection between the modules under earthquakes,considering the experimental conditions of the laboratory and the concept of "equal to cast-in-place",the modules were reduced to the form of nodal shear walls,Simplified the design of the connection between the modules,designed three test pieces of the upper and lower walls,the four-piece wall and the cast-in-place wall,and carried out the finite element modeling of the PPVC dormitory building,and carried out the seismic time history analysis.The specific research content is as follows:(1)In order to study the seismic performance of the connection nodes of the prefabricated and pre-decorated modular buildings,the upper and lower wall test pieces and the four-piece wall test pieces were designed according to the "equivalent cast-inplace" of the overall module;and the test pieces were designed according to the axial compression ratio,classification of grouting strength and connection form,designed and processed four sets of prefabricated,pre-decorated modular assembly connection joint shear wall specimens and a set of integral cast-in-place shear wall specimens;(2)A pseudo-static test was carried out on four groups of prefabricated prefinished volumetric building,connection node-assembled shear walls and a group of integral cast-in-place shear walls,and the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,ductility,ductility,energy consumption,etc.and compared summarized and analyzed the differences between the four sets of assembled connection joint shear wall specimens and the integral cast-in-place shear wall specimens;(3)Using the finite element software ANSYS,a full-scale numerical simulation of the prefabricated pre-decorated modular building(PPVC)staff dormitory was carried out,and the shear bearing capacity between the modules was obtained,and the bearing capacity design of the shear key between the modules was proposed,and suggestions for the bearing capacity design of the shear key between the modules are put forward.
