With the development trend of China’s economy continuously improving quality and efficiency,construction enterprises represented by China Construction Corporation,China Railway Corporation and China Communications Corporation have actively introduced low-carbon,intelligent and green technologies and development concepts,and achieved industrial upgrading and development transformation by integrating enterprise organizational structure,business process and governance system.In this way,the external infrastructure of countries along the "One Belt And One Road" can be better served,and the "new infrastructure" proposed by the internal countries and the construction and development of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network can take a first-mover advantage.But with large construction enterprise project border-crossing,long construction period,the characteristics of multiple projects in parallel has become increasingly significant,how many projects are combined to analysis and decision,so as to improve the comprehensive benefit of enterprise project portfolio management,achieve the goal of promote portfolio management cluster advantage,become the problem urgently to be solved in most large construction enterprises.In this regard,this paper will combine the characteristics of the projects undertaken by large construction enterprises to study the problem of project portfolio analysis of large construction enterprises.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:First,a systematic review of portfolio management related theories and methods.Firstly,it systematically analyzes the research on portfolio management theory,selection evaluation method and evaluation criteria.And on this basis,it distinguishes the contents,objects,characteristics of portfolio management and the differences between single project management.Secondly,according to the relevant national policies and regulations,this paper defines large construction enterprises,and discusses the necessity and significance of portfolio management for large construction enterprises.Finally,the characteristics of portfolio management methods such as traditional economic method,mathematical programming method and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method are systematically discussed.Second,the construction of large construction enterprise portfolio evaluation criteria.Firstly,the idea and principle of constructing multi-attribute evaluation criterion of large construction enterprise project portfolio are discussed.Secondly,based on the characteristics of large construction enterprise undertaken projects,on the basis of the generic features clear project,through the integrated use of literature research,expert interview method,from a strategic matching degree,economic benefits,construction cycle,technology/information diffusion effect,resource requirements,sustainability six aspects to build a large construction enterprise project portfolio evaluation criteria.Finally,based on the above six evaluation criteria,the relationship of domination and diffusion among projects is defined.Third,the project portfolio analysis of large construction enterprises based on the relationship between domination and diffusion.Firstly,taking each project as the node,using the complex network theory and using the dominant and diffuse relations as the edge,the dominant and diffuse relations among the projects are shown by the directed weighted network graph respectively,and described by the design structure matrix(DSM).Secondly,with the help of K-shell algorithm,on the basis of analyzing the relationship between direct domination and indirect domination among projects,the project portfolio decision model based on the domination relationship is constructed.Then,the diffusion effect of technology and experience/information among projects is considered,and the models of one-time diffusion,twice diffusion and triple diffusion among projects are constructed.Finally,based on PageRank algorithm and considering the relationship between domination and diffusion among projects,a portfolio decision analysis model of large construction enterprises is established.Fourth,case study.Based on the evaluation criteria and model of multi-attribute project portfolio analysis for large construction enterprises,this paper takes the actual construction project undertaken by a large domestic construction enterprise as an example to conduct a case analysis,and verifies the practicability and feasibility of the project portfolio analysis model for large construction enterprises established in this paper.The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the project portfolio decision-making analysis of large construction enterprises,so as to improve the management efficiency of large construction enterprises,and also help to enrich and perfect the theory of project portfolio management.
