In recent years,the scale of China’s cities continues to expand,more and more people move to cities,and the number of motor vehicles also shows a trend of gradual growth every year,resulting in an increasing number of urban transport carbon emissions,so the construction of green and low-carbon transport system has begun to face new challenges.In order to reduce the carbon dioxide emission from urban traffic,it is necessary to study the optimization of urban traffic structure.This paper mainly studies the urban low-carbon passenger transport.First,it defines the low-carbon transport,and then gives a detailed explanation of the characteristics of low-carbon transport and the significance of implementing low-carbon transport,and generalizes some problems in urban transport at present.Secondly,this paper selects appropriate indicators according to the corresponding principles,and summarizes the evaluation indicators of low-carbon passenger transportation based on multiple literatures.Taking Beijing as the research object,this paper determined the evaluation index of low-carbon passenger transport based on the actual situation,and gave weight to each index by using principal component analysis.Then,the key factors influencing Beijing’s low-carbon passenger transport were determined according to the weight value.After determining the influential factors,this paper introduces the system dynamics model,and uses the system dynamics to build the model and then analyzes the causal relationship between various factors.Then,by changing different influencing factors,the effects of transportation carbon dioxide emission reduction under each scenario are analyzed,and the development trend of urban transportation in the next year is de fined.In scenario simulations by inspection after the system dynamics model,by changing the different variables of the system dynamics model of numerical value,set up three scenarios,car number limited situation,improve public transport situation,the share rate of public transport passenger traffic scene,according to the results of three kinds of low carbon under the scenario of Beijing passenger transport carbon emissions change were analyzed,Finally,some suggestions on how to realize low-carbon transportation in Beijing are put forward.Finally,this paper construct the low carbon in Beijing passenger traffic structure optimization model,according to the current situation of traffic in Beijing,five common and frequently used means of transportation,namely bicycle,subway,bus,taxi and private car,are selected.In the urban traffic efficiency,urban traffic carbon emissions are the smallest and largest generalized lowest cost as the goal,to residents demand amount,traffic supply constraints,transportation energy consumption constraint,accessibility and traffic pollution constraints as constraint conditions,low carbon building Beijing passenger traffic structure optimization model,the optimal configuration of passenger traffic structure in Beijing.
