In recent years,due to the influence of the Sino-US trade war,the environment of the domestic and foreign manufacturing industries is not optimistic,the pressure of various enterprises has gradually increased,and the same is true of the automobile manufacturing industry.Under the impact,the automobile manufacturing industry and related parts processing industry must seek changes to improve the efficiency of the company's production line and product quality,in order to respond to market changes.Lean production,as a way to increase production efficiency and minimize waste,has become an important means for manufacturing companies to gain a foothold in the market,and it has also been promoted and applied in domestic and foreign large and medium-sized enterprises.This article is also based on lean Production-related methods carry out relevant research on H Company.This article takes the company H's automobile gearbox assembly line as the research object.Through the on-site inspection of H company and the relevant data of the assembly line production process obtained by the observation time measurement method,the production line balance rate and smoothness coefficient and other values are obtained by This sums up the problems existing in H's assembly production workshop and production line;then through the analysis of the problems existing in H company,the 5W1 H method,ECRS principles and process analysis methods are used to improve the assembly line process and production line balance,while combining 5S site management,Total Production Maintenance(TPM)and standardized management methods to ensure the better implementation of the improvement plan and the maintenance of the improved results;finally evaluate,analyze and summarize the improved results and compare with the results before the improvement.Explains the success of the improvement plan,and also points out the deficiencies that still exist after the improvement and the direction of future improvement.After the improvement of the production line of company H,the production line balance rate of the assembly line has been greatly improved,from 65.1% before the improvement to 84.2%.The working hours and smoothness coefficient of the production process are greatly reduced,indicating that the production efficiency of the entire assembly line has been effectively improved,and the product The quality has also been improved to a certain extent,and the company's production management level has been significantly enhanced,which has made H's competitiveness in the manufacturing industry greatly improved in the future.The successful practice of the improvement plan of this article in HCompany has a good guiding role for the entire automobile gearbox assembly line industry,and also has a certain reference significance for the production management of other manufacturing industries in China.
