The layout of stations is an important part of the planning and design of rail transit and conventional public transportation.However,in the attraction and radiation circle centered on rail transit stations,the layout of conventional bus stations is rather chaotic,with no clear deployment range,lack of integration with residential hotspots,and insufficient consideration of the walking distance of passengers.In this context,based on the analysis of taxi hotspots,this thesis studies the layout of conventional bus stations in the pedestrian radiation area of rail stations,taking into account the travel time cost.Based on the research of the theory of attraction range of rail transit stations,this thesis analyzes the process mechanism of transfer between conventional bus stations and rail transit stations,as well as the influence on the time of passenger walking transfer under different radiation range of rail transit passenger flow.The analysis shows that the walking radiation range of rail transit stations is the best range for the layout of conventional bus stations.Study the role of taxi hotspots to make up for the shortcomings of bus station layout.And study the conventional bus station in the walking radiation range of the rail station,and the station layout method theory based on the analysis of the taxi hotspots.According to the research requirements of taxi hotspot analysis,372,823 GPS data of Xi’an taxis were selected for data integration,error elimination,coordinate conversion visual preprocessing operations,and the taxi speed threshold and passenger loading status were identified to identify the taxi OD extraction of GPS data is convenient for subsequent hot spot analysis.This thesis conducts a statistical analysis of the characteristics of the stations along Xi’an Metro Line 6,the characteristics of travelers and the surrounding area,and uses hierarchical clustering to perform cluster analysis on the stations,and comprehensively divides the subway stations into four categories.Based on the theory of clustering effect,using the method of nonlinear multiple regression analysis,the walking distance of 13 stations along the subway is calculated.Considering the form of the road network around the rail transit station,a correction model of the pedestrian radiation area of the rail transit station is established.Combining the extracted taxi OD data,the OD distribution of taxis within the walking concentration range of each rail transit station is obtained.The DBSCAN algorithm is used to analyze the hot spots of taxi OD within the walking radiation range of rail transit stations,and the cluster center points are extracted as candidate stations for conventional bus stations in the range.According to the previous transfer analysis,the travel cost of travelers is studied,combined with the analysis of the operation cost of the public transportation system,and then a cost function model with dual optimization objectives is established.When solving,genetic algorithm is used to screen the candidate bus stops.After screening,the optimal layout position of the conventional bus stations within the walking radiation range of each station of Xi’an Metro Line 6 is obtained.
