Practical Application Research On Key Technology Of Trunk Road Municipal Reconstruction

With the rapid development of economy and society,the urban space of our country is constantly evolving,and the urban scope is also constantly expanding.The existing trunk roads are gradually incorporated into the urban scope,making the trunk roads pass through the city passively.Traffic safety accidents often occur due to the great difference in function,design and technical standards between trunk highways and urban roads,and the complicated traffic organization and many interference factors in the cross-city section of trunk highways.Therefore,it is of great significance for this paper to study the key technical problems in the process of municipal reconstruction of trunk highways and to solve some urban traffic problems caused by trunk highways crossing the city.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of trunk road municipal reconstruction and the key technologies in the process of trunk road reconstruction at home and abroad.Secondly,starting from the study of the similarities and differences between the traffic characteristics of trunk roads and municipal roads,this paper defines the definition of trunk roads’ municipalization and the objective of renovation function upgrading,and establishes the key technical index system and route scheme by summarizing the reasons and forms of municipal transformation.Then,with the key technology of trunk highway municipal transformation as the core,this paper deeply analyzes four key technical indexes of trunk highway municipal transformation,including the scale,horizontal and vertical section design indexes and traffic safety facilities,and points out how to choose the indexes reasonably in the transformation process.Finally,taking the municipal reconstruction project of a trunk highway in Hebei Province as a case,the overall design of the municipal reconstruction of the road is analyzed and verified based on the reconstruction ideas in this paper.
