| With the continuous increase of my country’s economic aggregate and the continuous enhancement of the effect of population agglomeration in large cities,the electricity load in the core area of the city continues to increase,while the load peak-to-valley gap widens and the local supply and demand contradiction is further deepened,bringing new power to grid dispatching.challenge.At the same time,my country’s power market reform has entered a critical period,and demand-side load and energy efficiency management projects have been further carried out to improve the power dispatch guarantee system.Based on the above background,this article has carried out research on the key technologies of regional power grid optimal dispatch taking into account the participation of flexible loads,mainly from the following aspects:1)Flexible load is first divided into convertible load,shiftable load,reducible load,and then establish their mathematical models,followed by a consideration of thermal power,electricity,nuclear power,gas power generation characteristics of pumped storage units,such as,by minimizing the sum of power generation cost and flexible load electricity cost as objective function,build plan and kinds of power supply unit combinatorial optimization model of the flexible load,A practical example is given to verify the validity of the model.2)Propose an incentive market clearance model and its safety checking strategy considering flexible load.Based on the incentive distribution mechanism of VCG,the power market clearing model considering the transferable load is established with the goal of maximizing social welfare.When the market clearance procedure is executed,if the power flow of the transmission line exceeds the limit,the power output of the unit and the power reduction of the flexible load are adjusted simultaneously to eliminate the line exceeding the limit,and a safety checking model considering the load reduction is established.Finally,a practical example is given to simulate the effectiveness of the proposed method.3)Propose the maintenance planning strategy of transmission lines including flexible loads in the market environment.Considering the flexible load constraints,system operation constraints and maintenance decision constraints,a nonlinear mixed integer programming model for transmission line maintenance planning decision is established.The maintenance planning model is transformed into a market clearing model,and then solved by primal-dual interior point method.Finally,taking a regional power network of 220 k V and above voltage class as an example,the maintenance planning process of transmission lines is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.4)Based on the above research contents,an electric power economic dispatching platform considering flexible loads is designed and developed in the market environment.By integrating the power behavior characteristics of flexible loads,module functions such as multi-source unit combination,economic dispatching,safety checking and maintenance planning are realized,and various functions of the platform are tested.Through the above research work,establish a competitive power economic dispatch technical support system that takes into account the participation of flexible loads in a market environment,slowly transition from grid-based dispatch to customer-led dispatch,and give full play to large-capacity and low-cost units The advantages of high-efficiency power generation and the flexible peak-shaving function of flexible loads can improve the dispatching workflow and the effect of power generation resource allocation,and enhance the security,stability and economy of the power grid. |
