| The main significance of the existence of relay protection is to maintain the normal operation of the power system and ensure the safety and stability during the operation of the power system.The accurate setting of the protection settings also ensures the correct operation of the relay protection device.With the development of computer technology,computer-based setting systems have begun to appear and become popular.However,due to the diversity and complexity of power plant relay protection,various existing setting systems have lacked corresponding pertinence,and the setting The check and approval of the order still need to be submitted manually.After analyzing the basic equipment,operation mode,and relay protection work process of Hailar Thermal Power Plant,this paper studies the setting and approval methods of relay protection settings applicable to Hailar Thermal Power Plant,gives the setting and approval scheme,and designs and implements the relay.Protection setting and approval system.Firstly,based on the actual working conditions,a demand analysis is performed for the online setting and approval system of relay protection in Hailar Thermal Power Plant.Through the requirements analysis,the behavioral model,structured model,and dynamic model of the relay protection setting and approval system were established,and the basic structure of the system was determined.Secondly,the electrical components of Hailar Thermal Power Plant were analyzed,and the equivalent model of power network,short circuit current calculation model,and relay protection setting calculation model were constructed.Combining with the work flow in actual power production,the process of online checking and approval of the protection setting orders generate d by the system tuning is given,and the system functional design is completed.Thirdly,corresponding modules were developed according to the various functions of the online protection setting and approval system for relay protection.Using a model that complies with the functions of power plant electrical components,comprehensively considering various data and parameters required in the protection setting process,a system setting calculation module was designed;Combined with the unified modeling language activity diagram of the system user role,an online transfer module of the system setting order is designed;according to the security threats that the system may be subjected to during operation,system security protection measures are given.Finally,the online protection setting and approval system of relay protection was applied to the actual production work of Hailar Thermal Power Plant,which verified the fastness and accuracy of the setting calculation of the system and reduced the possibility of accidents due to the setting problems;the verification of the setting single order It is carried out online with the approval work,which improves the efficiency of relay protection work.The feasibility and necessity of developing this system were proved by practical application. |
