Wind energy is a renewable clean energy,wind power is a high-efficiency way to convert wind energy into mechanical energy,and then into electric energy,and the wind turbine has been working in the area of inconvenient transportation and bad environment for a long time.The high failure rate of fan gearbox seriously affects the economic benefit of wind power industry,so it is very necessary to carry out fault detection of fan gearbox.First of all,this paper introduces the structural characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox,through the analysis of the working principle of the gearbox,to understand the causes of gearbox failure,as well as the external mechanical performance of vibration.Secondly,according to the equivalent vibration model,the signal collector,sensor,chip and processor are selected,this task adopts an ARM+FPGA architecture,which realizes the goal of four-channel input,10 kHz sampling rate,24-bit sampling accuracy as well as network transmission.In terms of hardware,the FPGA’s powerful timing control capability and hardware parallelism are used to complete each module’s drive and the control of data flow.Through the signal acquisition system,the vibration signal generated by the gearbox is collected and processed,and then the processed signal data is transmitted to the vibration signal processing system through wireless equipment,and the digital signal is analyzed and processed by the vibration signal processing system to determine whether the gearbox has fault.The signal processing system designs programs using MATLAB for Fourier transform analysis and envelope analysis based on Hilbert transform two methods.Then it expands the research to fractional Hilbert transform.On the issue of fractional Hilbert transform order optimization,this paper proposes a new method which using the differential evolution algorithm(DE)to find the optimal order of fractional Hilbert transform.Under the same precision,the new method has faster optimization and better robustness compared to traditional methods.And the characteristics of frequency is more significant when using the new method to analyze the signal in frequency domain.After software simulation and hardware debugging,the system can work stably in accordance with expectations,which finally verifies the correctness of the design.
