Research On Spatial Morphology Optimization Of Daowai District In Harbin Based On Spatial Syntax

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the land of Shenzhou has changed from old to new,and many new towns have sprung up,which is very magnificent.However,in the big wave of construction,the conflict between urban renewal and historical protection has become increasingly prominent.Daowai District of Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province is facing such problems in the development process.As the core urban area of Harbin,Daowai old town is the intersection of Chinese and foreign cultures,and its spatial pattern is unique.It has rich historical and cultural resources,but in recent years,it is facing the problem of declining vitality of blocks.At the same time,the local government has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the protection and renewal of old urban areas and historical blocks,but the effect is very little.In recent years,traditional industry is still an important support point of local social development.In this context,a thorough interpretation of the connotation of "people-oriented,harmony between people,and harmony between people and nature" proposed by the CPC Central Committee is the fundamental to achieve the strategic goal of protecting the spatial form of old urban areas and historical blocks;it is also the fundamental premise of harmonizing the relationship between human and nature and realizing sustainable development.Firstly,this paper collects and sorts out the quantitative analysis literature on the protection and renewal of old urban areas and historical blocks in domestic and foreign academic circles,and analyzes the current situation and main problems of the protection and renewal of old urban areas in Daowai,Harbin.In the process of research,it is found that there are some problems in Daowai District,such as unreasonable land use,unbalanced economic development in functional areas,poor road traffic environment and imperfect public service facilities,which are also common problems in most old urban areas in China.In order to fundamentally solve these problems and continuously optimize the local development environment,this paper studies the evolution process and influencing factors of the space form outside the road according to the specific field survey and calculation of Depthmap software,combined with accurate quantitative values,and analyzes the law of material composition.According to the characteristics of the system in each spatial unit,the spatial properties of the whole region are obtained,and the characteristics of special units are analyzed,so as to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the data.And in view of the overall,local block,street and lane node space shape development status,put forward the corresponding suggestions.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the improvement of urban planning and design policies and laws in China.
