Design Of Hotel-style RV Camp

In recent years,the heat of domestic RV culture is rising,the number of RV ownership is increasing and the introduction of government encouraging policies is increasing,and RV tourism around the country is becoming increasingly vigorous.At present,the construction quality of the domestic built RV camp is uneven,and there are many problems in use.The RV camp mode does not combine with the market demand,leading to the operating loss of many RV camps,which has caused a great obstacle to the construction and development of the RV camp and the promotion of RV tourism.First of all,this paper takes the hotel type RV campsite as the research object,aiming at the new hotel type RV campsite derived from the construction process in China.It mainly solves the problem of the lack of planning methods and design guidance for the development of new-type RV campsites.At the same time,it alleviates the current situation of lack of scientific site selection,lack of rationality in design,lack of universality in construction and lack of safety in operation in the process of design and construction of RV camp.Through comparative analysis,investigation,engineering practice and other methods,this paper finds out the drawbacks of the current stage of the development of RV campsites in China,discusses the advantages of the development of hotel RV campsites under the development trend of domestic RV tourism in the future,and puts forward the preliminary design methods and design strategies.Through the comparative research method to demonstrate that the hotel type RV camp is more suitable for the current situation of domestic RV tourism development of the new development model of RV camp,demonstrated that the hotel type RV camp research significance and practical role.The key research direction was selected through keyword extraction method,the main content and key issues of the research were determined,and the planning principles and processes,functional layout forms,seasonal strategies and transformative strategies applicable to the hotel RV campsites were summarized and concluded by combining research and analysis with actual cases.Finally,this paper combined with the practice project of Nanjing West Geng Lianxiang RV campsite,based on the whole process of planning,design,construction and operation records,through the analysis of project streamline design,courtyard design,courtyard layout and RV selection,the research content of Chapter 2 is explored in practice.Evaluate the project and point out its strengths and weaknesses.In terms of theory,it fills in the blank of the research on the design of hotel type RV camp,expands the research direction of the design of RV camp,improves the research method of this direction,and provides the data collation and the preliminary conception of camp design for the future theoretical research.In the aspect of engineering application,it provides case basis and technical guide for the gradual standardization and mass construction of hotel type RV camp in the future.It plays a role in promoting the quality improvement of RV camp construction.
