| In recent years,with the beginning of a new round of state-owned enterprise reformation,more and more large state-owned enterprise groups have been rebuilt.These newly formed large state-owned enterprise groups will face the competition of market-oriented economy,and they need to keep innovating in the control of their companies,especially in the financial control system.In terms of financial control,large collectivistic state-owned enterprises with diversified operations can realize the implementation of collectivistic financial control system by means of information technology,standardized and unified system and process,and unified personnel management.The construction of financial management and control system of large state-owned enterprise groups requires strengthening internal control,optimizing the allocation of various,avoiding the occurrence of financial risks,and real-time monitoring of various operating data to provide important basis for the overall decision-making of the group.Firstly,the paper researches the background and the theories of financial control work.Secondly,by combining the practical financial control work,the paper selects the New Industrial Investment Group as an example,combining with its actual financial control work in enterprise current situation analysis and group financial control demand analysis and puts forward the overall management thinking which includes standardized management of comprehensive budget,intensive management of funds,standardization of financial accounting and integration of business and finance.Thirdly,by collecting domestic and foreign literature and relevant data of financial control in the New Industrial Investment Group,the paper proposes the general idea of constructing financial control system in the large group enterprises,which is based on the key points of the construction of financial control and financial control system design of the group.This paper mainly studies the goals,principles and specific implementation of financial control of large state-owned enterprise groups.It focuses on comprehensive budget management,centralized capital control,financial information platform construction and other major aspects to study and solve the practical problems of financial control system in the New Industrial Investment Group.Through the overall design of financial control system and research of practice,the suggestion will promote the new transition and upgrade of financial management in the New Industrial Investment Group,maximize the interests of the group,and eventually realize the value of state-owned assets.Besides,the paper will provide the reference for the other large state-owned enterprises which are reformed in the financial control system.On the basis of the research results,the construction of financial control system in the group will be better constructed and implemented. |
