| Co mpany A is a leader in the field of lithium-ion batteries.As a division o f the 3C consumer battery industry group under the A Co mpany group,the manufacturing center is responsible for the product ion o f battery protectio n boards for 3C consumer batteries.In recent years,with the further expansio n o f the co mpany’s business scale,the production and operation tasks of the manufacturing center have become increasingly co mplex,gradually revealing that the production operat ion management model and production operat io n management system cannot meet the needs of the company’s development,and there is an urgent need to improve production and operat ion management.This article starts fro m the status quo of informat ion traceabilit y,product ion plan formulat ion and material management in the product ion and operation o f company A’s manufacturing center,and finds out the problems in the operation management by analyzing the current problems and their in-depth causes defect.Then put forward targeted improvement measures: add a tracea bilit y module to the MES system to realize the traceabilit y of the ent ire product ion process informat ion;connect the ERP system with the MES system,and introduce a pull production method to simplify the process o f product ion planning and improve production The efficiency and flexibilit y of plan formulat ion;through measures such as the establishment of intelligent warehousing,opt imizing the material storage structure,rat ional planning of warehousing establishments,and pulling production to achieve on-demand material distribut ion,co mprehensively improve the intelligent level of material management.Finally,the improvement benefit analysis was carried out,and the five aspects of organizat ional guarantee,process guarantee,performance incent ive guarant ee,perfect monitoring process and maintenance management and strengthening of corporate culture construct ion were elaborated to co mprehensively guarantee the long-term sustainable operation o f the improvement measures.By improving the company’s production and operation management system,the company’s production and operation management mechanism has been improved,the company’s intelligent management level has been improved,losses have been reduced,costs have been improved,and efficiency has been incr eased,thereby increasing the company’s revenue and enabling the company to adapt to dynamic changes.The situation has improved the co mpany’s co mpetit iveness.Furthermore,through theoret ical and practical research on product ion and operat ion management,it provides a reference case for lithium battery manufacturing and other manufacturing co mpanies. |
