As the service "window" of the transportation industry,the construction quality and service level of expressway service areas are increasingly concerned by the public and the industry.At present,the service area has a large hardened area,the drainage concept is based on "fast drainage",and the utilization rate of rainwater resources is low.The selection and scale determination of sponge facilities are highly subjective,and the construction of some sponge service areas has a large empirical component.Deeply integrate the sponge city development concept with the service area construction to propose a more systematic sponge service area construction plan.This is of great significance to the construction of a green service area with high internal quality and beautiful environment.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the design methods and application effects of sponge facilities by investigating typical cases of sponge engineering construction at home and abroad,and puts forward the idea of highway sponge service area construction.The types of LID facilities are classified according to the applicable site,runoff control effect,economy and landscape,and combined with the regional characteristics and needs of the service area,8 types of LID facilities suitable for the construction of sponge service areas are determined.Then,based on SWMM,a runoff model of the Nakeli service area is constructed,the reliability of the model is verified by the Nasd-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient method,and the runoff control effect of each LID facility is studied through simulation experiments.Comprehensively consider the cost and runoff control effect of the sponge service area,construct a LID facility portfolio model with LID facilities scales as independent variables.Based on the NSGA-II algorithm,the lowest-cost facility combination plans under multiple annual runoff total control rates are obtained.In order to comprehensively compare the pros and cons of different sponge service area construction plans,a sponge service area construction plan evaluation system is constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process.The overall benefit of the construction plan is evaluated from three aspects:runoff control effect,cost and social benefit.Finally,based on the Nakeli service area,combined with the principles of LID facility selection and scale determination,the LID facility types selection,scales preliminary selection and scales optimization of the service area are carried out respectively,and the final construction plan of the Nakeli service area is determined.This thesis proposes a relatively complete highway sponge service area construction plan from the aspects of LID facility type selection,runoff control effect,economic and social benefits.The thesis improves the technical system of sponge service area construction,which is of great significance to scientifically guide the sponge construction of service area,effectively improve the comprehensive utilization rate of rainwater and reduce the maintenance cost of service area.
