| In recent years,With the continuous progress of expressway construction in China,the number of expressway service areas also increases rapidly.Under the background of increasingly severe environmental problems,because of the high consumption and high emission of service areas,it not only accelerates China’s economic development,but also has a bad impact on the ecological environment at the same time.At present,some service areas have gradually tried to apply the green concept and achieved some results.However,due to the lack of scientific and systematic evaluation system and methods,there are still many problems in the evaluation and identification of green service areas that are worth further study.Firstly,based on the green building theory,the paper defines the basic meaning of the green service area by combining the function and characteristics of the expressway service area.At the same time,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign green building evaluation standards or norms,analyzes their similarities,differences,advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of development history,evaluation objects and evaluation methods,so as to obtain valuable reference and reference for the construction of the evaluation system in this paper.Secondly,the paper studied the selection of expressway service area evaluation index system of green and framework establishment,analyze the principle of index selection,with the latest version of the "green building evaluation standard"(GB/T 50378-2019)as the main basis,combining with the contrast analysis to obtain the enlightenment and reference to establish the highway green service evaluation system,including 4 first-level indicators and 22 secondary index.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was selected to determine the index weight,and the quantitative observation points of each index were defined and explained,which enhanced the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation method.Finally,Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of green service area of expressway.Taking Xizhaotong service area as an example to conduct green evaluation,the feasibility of this evaluation system is verified.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,some Suggestions and measures are put forward to help the green development of the service area to be further improved and improved,and to provide technical reference for the green construction and development of the expressway service area. |
