In recent years,the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has made the rural areas develop unprecedentedly.While the economic level and living conditions have been greatly improved,the requirements of rural residents for the living environment have also been improved,resulting in the continuous improvement of commodity energy consumption in rural areas.Compared with urban residential buildings,energy conservation in rural areas started late,and most of the buildings were built by farmers themselves.There are many problems,such as poor thermal performance of envelope,unreasonable planning and layout,poor indoor thermal environment and so on.With the clean heating work in northern China,building energy saving in rural areas has been paid more attention.As one of the pilot cities of clean heating,Xi’an should also pay attention to the energy-saving transformation of rural houses.It is of great significance to study the energy consumption status of existing rural houses in Xi’an rural area and put forward the energy-saving optimization strategy suitable for the local area.This paper takes the existing rural houses in Xi’an as the research object.Firstly,it carries out field investigation in the rural areas of Xi’an,and understands the local heating characteristics and building basic information through questionnaire survey and household interview.Then it tests the indoor thermal environment,heat transfer coefficient of typical structure enclosure structure and cold air penetration of heating room in the heating season of rural houses.Based on the analysis of the survey results This paper analyzes the existing problems in building energy-saving design of existing rural houses in Xi’an.Secondly,a typical residential building is selected as the benchmark building,and DeST(Designer’s Simulation Toolkit)software is used to analyze its energy consumption characteristics.The transformation methods of external wall,ceiling and external doors and windows suitable for the local area are proposed,and the energy-saving effect is simulated and analyzed,which shows that the enclosure structure transformation can effectively reduce the heating energy consumption.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of rural areas,the paper puts forward the principles and objectives of energy-saving transformation of existing rural houses in Xi’an,and selects the wall,ceiling and window transformation strategies suitable for rural areas in Xi’an Based on the comprehensive energy-saving effect and economy.Finally,based on the orthogonal test,the sensitivity of each scheme element to energy consumption and recovery period is studied.After determining the most appropriate value levels of four elements,namely,the external wall,the thickness of ceiling insulation layer,the height of ceiling and the reconstruction scheme of external window,the reconstruction scheme suitable for the existing residential buildings in rural areas of Xi’an is innovatively proposed.After using DeST software to simulate the energy-saving effect of each scheme and combining with the comparative analysis of economy,three suitable energy-saving transformation schemes are selected,and the improvement effect of indoor thermal environment before and after transformation is analyzed,so as to provide reference for energy-saving optimization design of existing residential buildings in rural areas of Xi’an.
