As an important work to reduce the actual energy consumption and improve the atmospheric environment in the construction industry,building energy conservation has been a hot topic in recent years.It has become the primary task to ensure the warm winter of the masses in the northern region on the premise of reducing air pollution.Especially for the vast rural areas,more than 90% of the users are scattered coal,which has caused a greater burden on China's energy conservation and emission reduction work.Housing renovation scheme and energy consumption form in rural areas will directly affect the reform motive force of clean heating,energy saving and environmental protection in China.Because the transformation form is more or less limited by the region,it is the key to solve the above problems to formulate a safe,reasonable,economical and efficient transformation form for different places.Firstly,a brief introduction is given to the background and basis of the topic of energy-saving renovation and clean heating suitability analysis of rural buildings in Shandong.This paper interprets the relevant policies and guidelines recently issued by the state,and determines the main content and purpose of the research.By analyzing the development status and trend of building energy-saving transformation at home and abroad,the difficulties and shortcomings in the process of building energy-saving transformation are determined.According to these existing problems,this paper formulates a plan and research method for the rural area as a special group,chooses the rural areas in Shandong Province as the research object,takes the construction of typical rural residential buildings as an example,introduces the concept of clean heating transformation,scheme design,system classification,principleand main heating equipment.Secondly,according to the typical farm building,the exterior protection structure of the house: exterior wall reconstruction,door and window replacement,roof insulation and additional sunlight room are introduced.For the external wall reconstruction,it is reasonable to compare the outer layer of 60 mm polystyrene board insulation;the optimal thickness of the same kind of insulation material corresponding to different maintenance structures has little relationship,but the transformation potential has a positive correlation with the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient,for exterior window,according to the existing structure of exterior window,it is proposed to add and directly change the structure of double-layer hollow exterior window on the original foundation,which greatly reduces the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior window and increases the airtightness of the building;It is proposed that the indoor thermal environment can be greatly improved and the average indoor temperature can be raised by adding the thermal insulation ceiling in the original interior space and replacing the original roof with the inverted thermal insulation roof.By means of theoretical calculation and mathematical simulation,the effect of reconstruction is analyzed.According to different transformation requirements,12 transformation modes are divided.Taking Jinan rural area as an example,through calculation and comparison,it can be concluded that the energy consumption difference between the transformed users and the transformed users is at least 20%,and the exterior walls,doors,windows and roofs are all mined.The energy saving users can save energy by 50%,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.According to the results of theoretical calculation and mathematical simulation,some renovation schemes are monitored on-site,and the indoor temperature of the renovated users is obviously increased in winter.Compared with the non-renovated farm houses,the indoor temperature is increased by about 3-10 degrees Celsius,the indoor environment comfort of the farmers is significantly improved,and the heating demand in winter is greatly reduced.Finally,according to the data of energy-saving renovation of rural residential buildings,the price of clean heating equipment in winter is converted from operation cost and investment cost.Decentralized heating is more suitable for rural areas.Through comparative analysis,it can be concluded that gas wall-mounted furnace and air source heat pump and both of themare reasonable schemes for clean heating in rural areas in winter.When the air source heat pump cop is less than 2.65,the gas wall hanging furnace has more advantages than the air source heat pump.After the reform of clean heating,it can be concluded that the economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit are obviously improved compared with those before the reform.
