| With the rapid development of China’s economy,a large number of traffic infrastructure has been built,especially the construction of mountain roads,a large number of road slopes.The highway slope destroys the original geological environment structure,makes the stability of all kinds of slope unbalance,leads to the occurrence of geological disasters such as landslide,collapse,debris flow and so on,seriously endangers the safety of people’s life and property.The stability analysis and monitoring of highway slope is of great significance to the safety of highway slope,which runs through the whole process of slope engineering design,construction and operation.In order to meet the requirements of high-precision,real-time,automatic and networked monitoring of three-dimensional deformation of highway slope stability,a high-precision threedimensional deformation monitoring technology for highway slope stability is proposed in this paper,which combines the image displacement measurement principle based on laser reference and the Internet of Things technology.This project is taken from the science and technology project of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Transportation in 2020: "Research on Application of Network Laser Ununmanned Monitoring for Slope Stability in Service(No.20-38T)",and based on the highway reconstruction project from Nanniwan to Sishlipu section of Yan ’an City,the debugging and trial operation of the three-dimensional deformation monitoring system for highway slope stability are carried out.Firstly,the paper analyzed the deformation of highway slope stability model and the 3D space target complex movement model,the 3D deformation measurement model is deduced,the 3D deformation monitoring system model of highway slope stability is proposed,the overall block diagram of the monitoring system is introduced,and the key technologies and principles of the monitoring system are introduced.Then,the overall design scheme of laser reference source control unit and intelligent target system is introduced,the hardware circuit of each module is designed,and the software program is developed.In order to ensure the laser beam stability of the image displacement measuring instrument,a voltage controlled constant current source circuit is designed to control the power of the laser reference.Then,the important factors affecting the accuracy of the 3D deformation monitoring system are analyzed quantitatively,and some suggestions are put forward.Finally,designed the system structure,set up a principle prototype,designed the server cloud data receiving software platform,calibration and calibration of principle prototype in the laboratory,in Yan ’an Nanniwan engineering field on the stability of the system was tested,to complete the commissioning of the system,realized the high precision,real-time,automated snatched monitoring requirements,It is of great significance to the three-dimensional deformation monitoring of highway slope stability. |
