In recent years,the rapid development of China’s space technology has provided an important guarantee for strengthening the comprehensive national strength and national security.However,compared with developed countries,China’s space technology level gap is still not small,and the project management technology level still lags behind the level of scientific research technology,resulting in a series of practical problems such as "management innovation lag behind scientific research innovation,management cannot keep up with the pace of scientific research".Fortunately,China’s aerospace enterprises,especially some large enterprises,have realized the importance of project management for project success,and established a new project management system to gradually improve the management level.At present,the characteristics of space missions have changed from a single space product to a multi-project parallel and multi-type spectrum load product,and the management experience of a single space product accumulated by China has been unable to adapt to the current situation.With the goal of improving management level,this paper aims to solve scientific management problems with new characteristic tasks such as diversity and multi-line parallelism.By combining theoretical analysis with data modeling and combining specific cases,through the optimization design of organizational structure and the optimization implementation of schedule management,Under the constraints of multi-line parallel,diversified tasks and limited production resources,the company has completed the product delivery on time and on demand,with quality and quantity guaranteed,and improved the benefits of the company.In specific applications,in this paper a space research project more products as an example,to load the product schedule management,by introducing the key chains,calculate project priorities,identify key chain,using variance method of science to set the buffer and implement dynamic buffer management,balance the resource conflicts and avoid the projects of all kinds of potential risks,Make multi-project multi-product schedule management to achieve the optimal results,and finally complete the expected target as planned.In terms of organizational structure,functions of a specific space research institute,this paper first combined with a project type of matrix management model as the foundation,after combining with the actual case characteristic matrix management model of design scheme is given,and finally through the establishment of "paying equal attention to product and project" and "balance of power,the responsibility," and "more" project collaboration platform such as management system,and further enhance the management efficiency.
