With the continuous promotion and construction of sponge city in China,paving drainage asphalt pavement is one of the important components of multi-dimensional sponge reconstruction.However,the characteristics of large pores and open gradation of drainage asphalt pavement directly lead to the low durability problem in the use process,among which the key to solve the problem is to use high-performance high-viscosity modified asphalt with strong anti-aging ability,but at present,there is still a lack of attention to the anti-aging ability of high-viscosity asphalt.Drainage asphalt roadbed is insufficient,based on this,this paper based on the selection of materials,the introduction of excel ent mechanical enhancement effect and the shielding effect,better economical efficiency industrial-grade graphene for high viscous asphalt modified compound preparation of a kind of anti-aging ability strong,big and aggregate bond strength,high and low temperature performance good viscous asphalt modified graphene composite,through comparative analysis,system research of graphene composite modified viscous asphalt and its mixture performance,based on the aging under the action of further study of the rule of the evolution of various performance,to solve the problem of durability of drainage asphalt roadbed has important practical significance.The main research steps and contents are as follows:First of al,this article will industrial-grade graphene and viscous asphalt material combination,through the orthogonal experiment design,examines 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity as main index,5 ℃ ductility,toughness,softening point index do auxiliary index do contrast analysis,the matrix asphalt,the SBS,C5 / C9 resin,compatilizer,graphene content influences on the targets of high viscosity modified asphalt inspection rule,thus determine the ratio of the concrete quality of components,through the performance test and microscopic authentication,graphene composite prepared by high viscosity modified asphalt HVA-RGO,for the performance in the process of aging changes,has carried out further research.Second,do not add graphene HVA,market procurement HVA-1 and HVA-2,Japan TPS four viscous asphalt as the control group,respectively,for five kinds of viscous asphalt before and after the hot oxygen aging of penetration,softening point,ductility,heat resistance,aging reaction rate,the flow activation energy,dynamic viscoelasticity and zero shear viscosity and low temperature bending beam of the comparison of the creep test,the results showed that:HVA-RGO penetration and softening point,temperature changes in the most gentle;Before aging,the 5 ℃ ductility of HVA-RGO was lower than that of HVA,but the superiority of ductility of HVA-RGO was gradually obvious in the later aging period.The reaction rate constant of HVA-RGO is lower than that of other highly viscous modified asphalt.The temperature sensitivity of each modified asphalt before aging was ranked according to the flow activation energy,which indicated that the flow activation energy of HVA-RGO was the highest.The dynamic shear test and zero shear viscosity analysis of high viscosity asphalt are carried out and sorted.The low temperature bending creep test was carried out,and the low temperature performance of HVA-RGO was poor before aging,but the low temperature performance of HVA-RGO was the best after aging.Once again,From bond Angle research and evaluation of high viscosity asphalt and aggregate bond properties,drawing strength and shear strength evaluation index is put forward,and based on the perspective of direct and quantifiable measurements of asphalt and aggregate bond,form a complete set of MTS810 tester designed a set of asphalt,aggregate cohesive force loading fixture and the test method,from the stone type,test temperature and loading rate high viscous asphalt felt,three aspects research analysis of the effect of flooding on cohesive force,the influence of aging research under the action of the evolution regularity of cohesive force,cohesive force and the correlation of conventional index for asphalt are analyzed,According to the type of high viscosity asphalt involved in the test and the corresponding test conditions,the corresponding control index of cohesive force is suggested.Finally,the aging of the drainage asphalt mixture of before and after high temperature,low temperature,water stability,loose resistance are studied,and the OGFC mixture of loose grain problem according to the damage reason and form into deficiency of water stable and twist rub resistant,using a new type of screw rolling loose test units,to simulate and characterization of screw rolling loose,comparative study the fort flying experiment,Kentucky,and consider of flooding,aging effect of five kinds of viscous loose resistance of asphalt mixture,the influence of drainage asphalt roadbed has been clear about the two loose damage forms.
